Rated 5 out of 5 by Very pleasant with high degree of servicing All was well organised, staff helpful, attentive and very pleasant. The Sissi Suite is very nice with a great bathroom; Food in the Restaurant were excellent and great to have the possibility to have e.g. dinner until 23:00. Breakfast for such a Hotel is okay but could be enhanced with regard to the choice. Little negative Thing: just getting an SPG voucher for 1 drink at the bar and you are arriving as a couple is a bit ridicoulous and Little Thing...a Little good bye present should be normal for such a Hotel. Otherwise great Location, very central and to be recommanded. 12. Mai 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by SUPERB!!! We arrived at this former palace in the morning, and were greeted by the general manager of the hotel. He gave us a welcoming gift of chocolates, told us we were being upgraded (we're SPG Gold), and personally escorted us to our room. The upgrade was a beautiful two room suite, with silk wall covering and a huge marble bathroom. The tv screen had a welcoming message with our name on it. All of the staff was exceptional for our two night stay. Room service left more bottled water and chocolates for us the second day. The food in the hotel restaurant was excellent, and the service was the best we've ever had. We took a tour of the city, and as we passed our hotel, the guide announced it was the best in the city. We certainly have no argument with that assessment. We could not possibly have been more pleased with the hotel, our room, the service, or the food. 14. April 2013

Rated 5 out of 5 by My Experience My first visit. The hotel entirely lived up to my expectations. The historic setting, outstanding courteous and cheeful service by all staff, quality and cleanliness of all rooms and public spaces make this hotel a pleasurable and memorable hotel and a must to stay in. I will definately return for a longer stay. 17. März 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by Luxury Hote I appreciated the kindness of the Staff who offered me an upgrade because upon my arrival in the morning the room was not ready. The hotel itself is wonderful, what we expect in coming to Vienna. Only room for improvement: the breakfast buffet could offer a larger choice of food (it is possible to order japanese breakfast with room service but not at the buffet for instance), and music on tv in the room should be free of charge. 11. Rated 5 out of 5 A fine hotel This is a beautifully preserved building with 5 star facilities and friendly staff. It is within walking distance of many of The Opera House and St Stephen's Cathedral. They also produce the best cake (Imperial Torte) in Vienna. It was our wedding anniversary and the hotel unveiled an Imperial Torte at the end of dinner suitably decorated, accompanied by a pianist who was happy to play requests. The restaurant is well worth visiting too. We loved it. 28. Januar 2013
