Located in the hotel tower, the multi-level Presidential Suite boasts 250 square metres of light-filled space, crowned by a rooftop terrace with swimming pool. The minimalist décor highlights the careful placement of local artwork, while the glorious colours of the coastline are reflected in the hand painted tables and armoires, the arched window frames, and the ceramic tiled floors.

Two airy living rooms feature plush armchairs, couches, and hand crafted furniture—made exclusively for the suite. Rich tapestries adorn the walls alongside trompe l’oeil paintings depicting heroic scenes from Gallurian folklore. A dark wooden desk is designed for private correspondence, while a private fax machine and High Speed Internet Access (fees apply) offers seamless connection to work or home. A Bang & Olufsen stereo system with extensive CD selection and two flat screen 42-inch LCD televisions with DVD player and private video library offer deluxe entertainment.

All three bedrooms feature king-size Luxury Collection beds, some resting on hand carved wooden bed frames, painted to match the flooring and artwork, some topped by scrolling wrought-iron headboards. Lightweight duvets are dressed in the fine white cotton, topped with feather or hypoallergenic pillows. Embroidered bedspreads showcase the exquisite needlework of local fabrics.

Each of the three indulgent bathrooms are appointed with a bathtub and Jacuzzi, massive shower stall, dual vanities clad in Sardinian marble, and vivid hand painted wall tiles. The master bathroom is distinguished by its harlequin-patterned design theme. Ample bath products, pure cotton bathrobes and slippers, salon style hairdryers, and magnifying make-up mirrors accentuate the pure delight.

All of the rooms open onto deeply shaded balconies, furnished with teak patio furniture. Private meals may be served outdoors and are particularly memorable on the stunning rooftop terrace next to the private pool. From here, guests may enjoy the balmy summer nights, while savoring a rare vintage from the suite’s own wine cellar.

A fitness area with state-of-the-art equipment allows guests to complete a rigorous workout in privacy, followed by a visit to the suite’s own steam room, before retreating to the restful ambience of the rooftop gazebo.
