Starwood Preferred Guest members must visit the SPG on Broadway website to redeem their Starpoints for a Broadway ticket. Membership with Audience Rewards is free and required at the time of redemption in order to redeem Starpoints for tickets. The number of Starpoints required per ticket will vary by show, day of week, seat type, and seasonality, and is subject to change at any time at the discretion of each show. All tickets are on a first-come first-serve basis and are subject to limited availability. Award requests are subject to Starwood Preferred Guest account balance verification at the time of redemption. Your privacy is a top priority and verification of your account will be done online at the time of redemption through the SPG.com site. Audience Rewards will never collect or store your SPG username or account password at any time. Once SPG has confirmed your point balance, the points will be immediately deducted from your Starwood Preferred Guest account and cannot be reversed or refunded. Once verified, all redemptions and sales for tickets are subject to the no refund/no exchange policy of the ticketing venue and ticketing company. All Audience Rewards program rules and terms apply.
