Certificates can be applied to all or a portion of the MPI product, service or event fee or donated to the MPI Foundation.

Certificate Terms & Conditions

1. MPI certificates are valid for products and services with Meeting Professional International including: registration fees, membership dues and publication purchases.
2. Any number of certificates can be redeemed up to the total amount of the bill.
3. Certificate has no cash value.
4. No credit will be issued for any unused portion of a certificate.
5. Customers are responsible for any local, state and federal taxes associated with the receipt or use of MPI Certificates
6. Certificate amount may be used toward applicable taxes.
7. Starwood is not responsible for lost, stolen, or photocopied MPI certificates. 
8. MPI certificates must be used by the person or persons listed on the front of the award. MPI certificates are not transferable.
9. MPI certificates must have a valid Award Order Number on the front of the voucher.
10. MPI certificates must be used BEFORE the expiration date printed on the front of the certificate.
