The Professional Convention Management Association (PCMA)--the professional resource and premier educator for the meetings and convention industry--and Starwood Preferred Guest—the award-winning hotel loyalty program--are excited to offer an innovative solution to keep meetings industry professionals at the top of their game by allowing Starwood Preferred Guest members to redeem their Starpoints for PCMA certificates good for a wide variety of PCMA offerings. 

PCMA certificates are good for virtually all of PCMA’s high-level education offerings, industry-leading products and membership services, including: membership dues, registration fees to PCMA’s Convening Leaders Annual Meeting, PCMA’s CMP Online Prep Course, Webinars, PCMA Online Learning Center access and more.

Certificates can be applied to all or a portion of the PCMA product, service or event fee at the time of purchase by calling PCMA’s Membership Department at 1-877-827-7622.

Certificate Terms & Conditions

• PCMA certificates are valid for products and services with Professional Convention Management Association including: registration fees, membership dues and publication purchases.
• Any number of certificates can be redeemed up to the total amount of the bill.
• Certificate has no cash value.
• No credit will be issued for any unused portion of a certificate.
• Customers are responsible for any local, state and federal taxes associated with the receipt or use of PCMA Certificates
• Certificate amount may be used toward applicable taxes.
• Starwood is not responsible for lost, stolen, or photocopied PCMA certificates. 
• PCMA certificates must be used by the person or persons listed on the front of the award. PCMA certificates are not transferable.
• PCMA certificates must have a valid Award Order Number on the front of the voucher.
• PCMA certificates must be used BEFORE the expiration date printed on the front of the certificate.
• PCMA certificates should be mailed with registration, renewal, or new membership application to:
