  • The sky has certainly not been as beautiful today as it is in Study of Cirrus Clouds by John Constable (c. 1821-1822) - this is just one of the exquisite pieces of artwork on display at Victoria and Albert Museum. • If the weather stays as it is this weekend, I would recommend going to see The Great River Race - London's river marathon from London Docklands to Ham in Surrey. Battersea Bridge is a great point to watch them half way. If you prefer to be on the water yourself, I would suggest renting a boat on the Serpentine instead, just across the road from the hotel! http://www.greatriverrace.co.uk/about_course_reverse.php
