One-O-One Restaurant is home to critically-acclaimed Chef Pascal Proyart. One of the United Kingdom’s finest chefs, Proyart creates unique menus befitting the restaurant’s commitment to outstanding seafood dishes as well as exceptional dining experiences.

As Proyart’s renown continues to grow, One-O-One accumulates awards and accolades, building its reputation as London’s best fish restaurant. It was recognised as the third-best restaurant in London by The Sunday Times’ Food List 2015.

Proyart’s childhood on the Brittany coast has led to a lifelong passion for fish and seafood. Every detail at One-O-One is infused with the inspiration of the shoreline. Proyart’s passion for using the freshest and most sustainable ingredients is complemented by his ability to create innovative dishes.

The restaurant’s exquisite menu has been personally designed by Proyart. While the menu’s emphasis remains on the beloved seafood that Proyart has elevated to an art form during his tenure as executive chef of One-O-One, inventive game dishes add a tantalizing dimension to your dining experience.

The restaurant seats 50 guests in armchairs and banquettes, all bathed in natural light from the room’s window-panelled wall. Furthermore, it features a handcrafted pearl-textured Oyster Table that is suitable for private events.
