One-O-One Restaurant

Widely acclaimed as the finest seafood restaurant in London, the legendary One-O-One delights with an exquisite menu and stunning setting. During the past year, One-O-One has undergone a dazzling renovation that elevated its legendary culinary status to even greater heights.

The restaurant’s thrilling menu has been personally re-designed by Executive Chef Pascal Proyart, showcasing techniques and ingredients he discovered during recent travels. While the menu's emphasis remains on the beloved seafood that Pascal has elevated to an art form during his ten-year tenure with us, inventive new dishes add a tantalizing dimension to your dining experience.

Of particular note, Pascal has created "petits plats" – a creative assortment of small plates – designed to allow diners to sample and combine more of the exciting new flavours and textures. The “petits plats” are divided into four themes – Low Tide and Wonderful Discovery, Delicacies from the Shore, High Tide with its Exceptional Sea Fishing, and The Goodness of the Sea and the Earth – to indicate their gastronomic focus. Inventive pairings such as Brittany blue lobster and veal sweetbreads, slow poached Norwegian cod loin with Joselito chorizo carpaccio or pan seared langoustine with duck foie gras in a hoisin broth indicate the culinary mastery that awaits you.

The artful space seats 50 guests, featuring armchairs and banquettes, all bathed in natural light from the room’s window-panelled wall. Renowned interior designers Forme have used the symmetry of a shucked oyster as their inspiration for the shapes and feel of the room. A palette of rich browns, aquatic blues, and richly textured furnishings enhance the oceanic theme.

The restaurant’s bar seats 22 guests in an elegant yet casual setting. A handcrafted table for eight – its exquisite pearl texture reminiscent of the inside of a shell – takes centre stage for larger groups or shared by guests dining alone or in pairs.

The glamorous Salon Privé is situated directly off the bar area and accommodates up to 10 guests for a glittering private meal.

Our penthouse-dining concept offers some of the best "window tables" in the world. Dinner is brought a suite on the 17th floor, where a team of professionals will cater to your every whim as you enjoy the panorama of London’s skyline.
