Our newly renovated WestinWORKOUT® Fitness Studio will entice you to exercise a little longer with spectacular views of the Lost Quarry pools.
The 7,600-square-foot, state-of-the-art gym is fully equipped for all your favorite workouts. Sweat it out on treadmills, stationary bikes, and other Life Fitness® cardio machines. Build muscle with a full range of free weights and strength-training machines. Flex your limbs in open areas with ample room for stretching or yoga.
Or go for a RunWESTIN™ self-guided jog or refreshing walk on our three- or five-mile route winding around the resort’s natural surroundings. Visit the Castle Rock Spa or Concierge desk for your pocket-sized running map.
Don’t feel like packing another pair of shoes or workout gear? With our New Balance Gear Lending program, you can travel light and still stay fit. We provide fresh, clean athletic shoes and apparel during your stay for a small fee or Starwood Preferred Guest® points. Simply dial zero to speak with Service Express and request your shoe and clothing size, which will be conveniently delivered to your guestroom.
Our WestinWORKOUT® Fitness Studio is located on the second level of the main resort building and is also accessible from the Lost Quarry pool complex outside. Entry is complimentary to all resort guests aged 12 years and older, but children aged 12 to 16 years must be accompanied by an adult.
