Our state-of-the-art Fitness Centre is designed to make your exercise routine fun and effective, while letting you enjoy sunny pool views as you work out. Limber up in our stretching area before hitting the machines and free weights for resistance training. A complete selection of cross trainers, rowing machines, recumbent bikes, and more is available for cardio fitness.
Take advantage of group fitness classes that include yoga, Pilates, Les Mills, Boot Camp, and Feldenkrais. These programs range from 30-minute, high-intensity interval training to techniques that bring movement and thought into balance. We are also happy to schedule a personal trainer (for a fee) to help you get the most out of your workout. Personal training reservations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
We ask that guests under the age of 16 be accompanied by an adult.
