At The Westin Bear Mountain Victoria Golf Resort & Spa, our Mountainside Athletic Club has a staff of professional personal trainers ready to devise the right program for you.

At your first session, you’ll discuss your goals with your personal trainer, who will then assess your current fitness level and develop a safe and effective training program especially for you. Ideally, you’ll continue to work together in ongoing sessions so the trainer can encourage and motivate you as you work toward your goals.

Because personal training is so targeted and customized, you can expect measurable results, such as increased muscle mass and decreased fat, better cholesterol levels, lower blood pressure, and improved bone density. You can book personal training sessions at the Mountainside Athletic Club by the hour or in a package. Book a consultation for 25 CAD, a one-hour session for 65 CAD, or four sessions for 220 CAD.
