Dinner Buffets, which feature cold appetizers, like Seafood Terrine and Stuffed Calamari; a raw bar with Jumbo Shrimp and Ceviche; salads; soups; main courses, including Lamb Kebabs and Salmon; and a selection of desserts, ranging from Apple Pie to pastries.
Myriad Set Family-Style Menus combine cold mezzah, such as Hummus and Fattoush, with hot mezzah, from Fried Kibbeh to Cheese Sambousek. They also feature main courses, including Iranian Mixed Grill, Penne Arrabiata, and Beef Medallions, and desserts, like Umm Ali, Chocolate Mousse, and Fruit Trifle.
Additionally, our Themed Coffee Breaks include an array of coffee options along with a variety of themed menus. The international range of menus comprises:
- French breaks, with Mini Croissants, Mini Mille-Feuille, and more.
- Arabic breaks, including a selection of mezza and Oriental sweets.
- English breaks, ranging from Finger Sandwiches to English Fruit Cake.
- Italian breaks, where a selection of Bruschetta accompanies Mini Pizzas, Tartlets.
