Age Requirement Policy
Guest must be 18 years or older with photo identification to reserve and to check in to a room.
Suite Night Award Cancellation Policy
Suite Night Award requests may be cancelled until 2 p.m. local hotel time the day before you arrive, as long as the Awards have not already been confirmed for use on a reservation. Once your Awards have been confirmed, you must cancel the entire reservation to be credited back all the Awards; however, after 3 p.m. local hotel time the day before you arrive, a reservation cancellation will result in the forfeiture of all Suite Night Awards applied to the entire reservation. This is in addition to any other cancellation penalties applicable to the reservation itself.
All suites are confirmed directly with the resort. Please contact the Swan and Dolphin Reservations Center at (800) 227-1500 for suite availability.

Late Checkout Policy
Late Checkouts are subject to availability. Please note the following fees:
Between 11am and 12pm: Complimentary
Between 12pm and 2pm: 40 USD + tax
Between 2pm and 4pm: 99 USD + tax
After 4pm: One night room rate, tax and Resort Service Package

Alcoholic beverage service is restricted to those 21 years or older (with valid identification).
Package Handling Policy

Pets are not allowed at the resort.
Health & Well-Being Policies
The Walt Disney World Swan is proud to offer a refreshing, smoke-free environment to our guests. Designated smoking locations are available directly off the main lobby area. Smoking on guest room balconies is strictly prohibited. A $200 cleaning fee will be added to your bill if it is apparent that smoking occurred in your guest room or balcony.
Check Cashing Policy
Check cashing services are available to guests who present a valid, major credit card (photo identification). There is a limit of $100 per day.
Credit/Debit Card Policy
Debit and Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.
Resort Charge Policy
The resort has a mandatory 25 USD per day Resort Service Package plus taxes. The Resort Service Package includes in-room High Speed Internet Access, 2 bottles of water daily, unlimited access to full-service health club, unlimited domestic long distance (US mainland) and local calls, tennis equipment and access to the lighted courts, seasonal pool access and recreational activities.
