Age Requirement Policy
Guests must be 18 years or older with photo identification to check in.
Connecting Room Policy
Connecting rooms are not guaranteed. They are available upon request and are subject to availability upon arrival.
Extra Bedding Policy
Rollaway beds are available for no additional charge and can only be used in single king bedded room types or suites. Rooms with double beds cannot accommodate a rollaway due to fire codes. Bed boards must be requested in advance.
Suite Night Award Cancellation Policy
Suite Night Award requests may be cancelled until 2 p.m. local hotel time the day before you arrive, as long as the Awards have not already been confirmed for use on a reservation. Once your Awards have been confirmed, you must cancel the entire reservation to be credited back all the Awards; however, after 3 p.m. local hotel time the day before you arrive, a reservation cancellation will result in the forfeiture of all Suite Night Awards applied to the entire reservation. This is in addition to any other cancellation penalties applicable to the reservation itself.

Early Departure Policy
An early departure fee of $75 will be imposed on guests departing prior to their scheduled departure date. Please contact the hotel for further information.
ID Requirement Policy
For security purposes, valid photo identification is required at check-in. Acceptable forms include a driver’s license, passport, and proof-of-age card. Photo identification must also match the name that is on the reservation.
The hotel is compliant with ADA. ADA compliant guest rooms are available.
Alcoholic beverage service is restricted to those 21 years or older with valid state drivers license or identification.
Shuttle Use Policy
Guests must be 18 years or older to ride the hotel shuttle alone. Children under 18 years must have an adult chaperone.
Package Handling Policy
A handling fee does not apply for outgoing packages or for up to three incoming packages. The fee for additional incoming packages is 5 USD per package per day, or 75 USD per pallet (within one business day of an event).
One dog weighing up to 40 pounds is allowed in a guest room for a fee of 100 USD. No other pets are permitted. Dogs are not to be left alone in the room and no excessive noise is permitted.

Noise is expected to be kept to a minimum at all times. Parties in guest rooms are not allowed. We ask that non-registered guest curtail their visits by 11pm to ensure quite for all of our guests. If you are interested in hosting a party or entertaining during your stay, please contact our Banquet and Sales department.
All guests must maintain a noise level that does not disturb other guests. If a noise complaint is reported, security will issue a warning to the offending guest's room. If the noise or disturbance continues, the guest may be asked to vacate the hotel without compensation at management's discretion.
All guest rooms and public spaces are 100% non-smoking.

Credit/Debit Card Policy
Debit and Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.
Gift Certificate Acceptance Policy
Gift certificate reservations are subject to availability. To redeem a gift certificate, please call the hotel directly and speak to the group housing coordinator.
