From May through September 2017, the resort will be undergoing enhancements. During this time, the main lobby, front desk, pool complex, spa and select dining venues will be closed. Age Requirement Policy
All hotel guests must be 18 years of age or older to register. We request that minors be accompanied by an adult. Please present a valid photo ID at check-in.
Connecting Room Policy
Please contact the resort directly to request connecting rooms. The resort has a variety of connecting options, including king to king, double to double, king to double, and two bedroom suites. Due to limited availability, there is a cost of 50 USD plus tax per night to guarantee connecting rooms at check-in. Requests are accepted and honored based on availability.
In the month of March, due to high occupancy the resort is unable to accept requests for connecting rooms. During major holiday weekends requests are accepted but due to occupancy they are unlikely to be honored. Adjacent rooms (rooms next to each other) may be requested at any time for no additional fee.
Extra Bedding Policy
It is our pleasure to offer additional beds upon request. Rollaway beds are available for an additional fee, cribs are provided on a complimentary basis. Please note that guest rooms with sofa sleepers, two queen beds and second-floor casitas cannot accommodate a rollaway. One rollaway is permitted in each standard king room. The Presidential Suite allows up to three extra beds.
Suite Night Award Cancellation Policy
Suite Night Award requests may be cancelled until 2 p.m. local hotel time the day before you arrive, as long as the Awards have not already been confirmed for use on a reservation. Once your Awards have been confirmed, you must cancel the entire reservation to be credited back all the Awards; however, after 3 p.m. local hotel time the day before you arrive, a reservation cancellation will result in the forfeiture of all Suite Night Awards applied to the entire reservation. This is in addition to any other cancellation penalties applicable to the reservation itself.
Alcoholic beverage service is restricted to those 21 years or older with valid identification. No alcoholic beverages can be brought on property.
Package Handling Policy
There is a package handling fee for all incoming and outbound packages. Please contact the hotel directly for the exact fee.
Dogs that weigh less than 40 pounds are allowed. A deep-cleaning fee of 175 USD will be charged per pet per stay. Guests must sign a pet waiver upon arrival stating that they are liable for any damages caused by their pets. Dogs and their owners are accommodated on the ground floors of the resort’s casita buildings. Pets are not allowed in the pool areas, with the exception of service animals. Dog beds and bowls are provided.

Check Cashing Policy
Check cashing services are available to guests who present proper ID. There is a limit of $200 per day.
EMV/Chip & PIN Credit Card Policy
Please be aware this hotel is EMV/Chip & PIN ready and your credit card’s PIN may be necessary for you to check-in to the hotel. If you are not aware of the PIN for your chip credit card, or you are unsure if your card requires a PIN, please contact the financial institution that issued your credit card for clarity and to secure your PIN.
Credit/Debit Card Policy
Debit and Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.

A valid credit card is required at time of booking to guarantee the reservation. A valid credit card must be presented upon arrival with the Front Desk to secure the room, tax and incidentals for the entire stay. Guests selecting to pay by cash can do so upon departure only.

A daily resort charge of $29 plus tax will be posted to each guestroom for a variety of amenities and services. Amenities and services included are:
