A maximum of one extra bed is allowed in select rooms for a fee and varies by room type. Two extra beds are allowed only in the Presidential Suite. Baby cribs are also available free of charge.
Family Plan Policy
Children who are 11 or younger sleep for free in the room's existing bedding shared with a paying adult. If extra bedding is required, a fee will be incurred. Cribs are free of charge.
The maximum number of people per room is five; rooms can accommodate two adults and three children or three adults and two children (up to 11 years old). Please contact the hotel for further information.

Early Arrival Policy
If guests' arrival time is between the hours of midnight and 10am, the room is reserved the night before at the above stated rate. For guests checking in between 10am to before 2pm, a half-day rate will be charged.
Early Departure Policy
Guests who check out of the resort prior to the scheduled departure date verified at check-in will be charged a one-day rate.
Alcoholic beverage service is restricted to individuals 21 years or older with valid identification. Please note that alcoholic berverages are only allowed in restaurants, outlets and rooms on the property and not permitted at the lobby and parking areas.
Proper attire must be worn at all time in the lobby, public area, restaurants and outlets: clean clothing, no singlets or swim wear. Shirts are required, and torn clothing is not permitted.
Package Handling Policy
There is a package handling fee for all incoming and outbound packages. Please contact the hotel directly for the exact fee.
Dogs up to 40 pounds are allowed on the premises. We allow one pet per room. At check-in we will present you with a dog bed, 'dog in room' sign, pet welcome kit, and a liability waiver, as well as our cleaning and deposit policy. Guests must sign a waiver at check-in stating that the dog will not be left alone in the room at any time. Guest must pay a 100 USD cleaning fee per seven days. Guest is responsible for basic clean-up and any extra cost associated with clean-up. Dogs must be on a leash at all times when not in the room. Dogs are not allowed in shopping outlets or on the pool deck.
Guests please note that dogs are not permitted in the villas.
Proper swimming attire must be worn at all times while using the swimming pool. Flotation devices allowed in the pool are limited to authorized types, including lifejackets, back floaters, water wings, and back bubbles. Guests must observe rules for the swimming pool. No outside food and beverages are allowed in the swimming pool area.

A credit card guarantee is required at check-in.
Rates confirmed in USD are guaranteed in U.S. dollars when paid in U.S. cash or traveler's checks. Payments made by credit cards at the hotel will be charged in the local currency equivalent based on the daily exchange rate used by the hotel. Currency conversions by banks or credit card companies in processing payments are not within the control of the hotel and are subject to exchange rate fluctuations.
Gift Certificate Policy
Gift certificates are accepted.
If you are booking on behalf of another guest, or if you wish to pre-pay, you must fill out a third-party billing form and fax it to the secure fax at (671) 647-0919.
