Extra Bedding Policy
Rollaway beds are available for an additional daily fee and can only be accommodated in Traditional King rooms, Deluxe King rooms, Premium King & Double rooms and Suites. They are not available in Traditional Double rooms and Deluxe Double rooms.
Family Plan Policy
Children who are 18 or younger sleep for free in the existing bedding of a room shared with a paying adult. Rollaways, child rollaways and cribs may incur extra charges.
Suite Night Award Cancellation Policy
Suite Night Award requests may be cancelled until 2 p.m. local hotel time the day before you arrive, as long as the Awards have not already been confirmed for use on a reservation. Once your Awards have been confirmed, you must cancel the entire reservation to be credited back all the Awards; however, after 3 p.m. local hotel time the day before you arrive, a reservation cancellation will result in the forfeiture of all Suite Night Awards applied to the entire reservation. This is in addition to any other cancellation penalties applicable to the reservation itself.

Early Departure Policy
An early departure fee will be imposed on guests departing prior to their scheduled departure date. Fees will be 50% of their remaining length of stay. Please contact the hotel for further information.
Alcoholic beverage service is restricted to those 19 years or older (with valid identification).
Package Handling Policy
There is a package handling fee for all incoming and outbound packages. Please contact the hotel directly for the exact fee.
One dog weighing up to 40 pounds is allowed in a guest room. Cats are not allowed. Guests are required to sign a pet policy waiver at check-in. A dog must be accompanied by an owner at all times—on a leash or in a crate—and may not be left in a room without an owner present. Dogs are not permitted in the hotel’s restaurants. Guests will be responsible for repairs of excess damage or if deep cleaning is required. If damage is discovered after checkout, the credit card on record will be charged.
Health & Well-Being Policies
As part of the Breathe Westin® program, we are a smoke-free hotel. All guest rooms, suites, and public spaces inside the hotel are 100% smoke-free. Designated outside smoking areas are available. Registered guests who smoke in a guest room or suite may be liable for an additional fee of $200 CAD so that the room can be sufficiently cleaned and readied for the next guest.

Check cashing services are available to guests 21 years of age and older.
EMV/Chip & PIN Credit Card Policy
Please be aware this hotel is EMV/Chip & PIN ready and your credit card’s PIN may be necessary for you to check-in to the hotel. If you are not aware of the PIN for your chip credit card, or you are unsure if your card requires a PIN, please contact the financial institution that issued your credit card for clarity and to secure your PIN.
Gift Certificate Policy

Cash and debit cards are not accepted at check-in; a credit card must be presented. A credit card will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay plus tax and a deposit of 80 CAD per night to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until checkout, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Guests may settle their bills with any method of payment, including cash or debit card, at checkout. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution; the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges. Guests booked under a group rate can still guarantee their reservation with cash or a debit card at check-in.
For same-day reservations, third-party authorization forms and third-party payments are not accepted. Guests must present actual credit cards to be charged at check-in.
