Alcohol Policy
Alcoholic beverage service is restricted to those 19 years or older (with valid identification).
Age Requirement Policy
Guests must be 19 years or older with photo identification to check-in.
Check Cashing Policy
Check cashing services are available to guests 21 years of age and older.
Early Departure Policy
An early departure fee will be imposed on guests departing prior to their scheduled departure date. Fees will be 50% of their remaining length of stay. Please contact the hotel for further information.
Early Check-in/Late Check-out Policy
Early check-in and late checkout are subject to availability upon request. Additional charges may apply.
Family Plan Policy
Children who are 18 or younger sleep for free in the existing bedding of a room shared with a paying adult. Rollaways, child rollaways and cribs may incur extra charges.
Gift Certificate Policy

Package Handling Policy
There is a package handling fee for all incoming and outbound packages. Please contact the hotel directly for the exact fee.
Pet Policy
Dogs weighing 40 pounds or less are welcomed at no additional charges. Guests are required to sign a pet policy waiver at check-in. Pets may not be left alone in the guest room, and are not permitted in the hotel's restaurants.

Smoking Policy
As part of the Breathe Westin® program, we are a smoke-free hotel. All guest rooms, suites, and public spaces inside the hotel are 100% smoke-free. Designated outside smoking areas are available. Registered guests who smoke in a guest room or suite may be liable for an additional fee of $200 CAD so that the room can be sufficiently cleaned and readied for the next guest.
