Suite Night Award Cancellation Policy
Suite Night Award requests may be cancelled until 2 p.m. local hotel time the day before you arrive, as long as the Awards have not already been confirmed for use on a reservation. Once your Awards have been confirmed, you must cancel the entire reservation to be credited back all the Awards; however, after 3 p.m. local hotel time the day before you arrive, a reservation cancellation will result in the forfeiture of all Suite Night Awards applied to the entire reservation. This is in addition to any other cancellation penalties applicable to the reservation itself.
Alcoholic beverage service is restricted to those 21 years or older with valid photo identification.
Package Handling Policy
There is a package handling fee for all incoming and outbound packages. Please contact the hotel directly for the exact fee.
Pets up to 40 pounds are welcome at the hotel. Guests are required to sign a waiver at check-in, in addition to paying a one-time, non-refundable cleaning fee. Guests will also be charged a daily fee that will be added to the room rate.

Suite Dreams Policy
In an effort to create a peaceful environment for all of our guests, please be advised that parties of any kind are not permitted in any of our guest rooms or suites. Noise complaints are taken very seriously and may result in eviction without compensation.
A maximum of 4 guests are permitted in any room or suite at any one time. Any compensation given to guests disturbed by you or your guests may be charged to your account at the hotel's discretion.
All guest rooms and public spaces are 100% non-smoking. A 300 USD cleaning fee will be charged to any guest who violates the smoking policy.
Check Cashing Policy
Check cashing services are available to SPG Gold and Platinum guests who present valid identification for up to 250 USD per day.
EMV/Chip & PIN Credit Card Policy
Please be aware this hotel is EMV/Chip & PIN ready and your credit card’s PIN may be necessary for you to check-in to the hotel. If you are not aware of the PIN for your chip credit card, or you are unsure if your card requires a PIN, please contact the financial institution that issued your credit card for clarity and to secure your PIN.

Credit/Debit Card Policy
Debit and Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.
The hotel does not accept third party payment. All guests are required to present a credit card that is in their name and valid photo identification at check-in.
