Special Conditions
Currency Fluctuations
For non-US hotels, rates confirmed in USD may be converted to local currency by the hotel at your time of stay, based on the exchange rate used by the hotel and are subject to exchange rate fluctuations. Credit card charges are subject to additional currency conversions by banks or credit card companies, which are not within the hotel's control and may impact the amount charged to your credit card. Please contact the hotel if you have any questions.

Alcohol Policy
Alcoholic beverage service is restricted to those 18 years or older (with valid identification).
Age Requirement Policy
Guests must be 18 years or older with photo identification to reserve a room.
Check Acceptance Policy
Personal checks are not accepted.
Connecting Room Policy
Connecting rooms are available but not guaranteed and need to be requested. Please contact the hotel directly to request connecting rooms.
Extra Bedding Policy
Rollaway beds are only available for children under the age of 12 years of age. A maximum of 2 adults and 1 child below the age of 12 years are allowed in the guest rooms. Rollaways, child rollaways and cribs may incur extra charges.
Family Plan Policy
Children who are 12 or younger sleep for free in the existing bedding of a room shared with a paying adult. Rollaways, child rollaways and cribs may incur extra charges.
Pet Policy
Pets are not allowed.
Credit/Debit Card Policy
Debit and Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.
Payment Policy
Third-party billing is not accepted.
Smoking Policy
Smoking is prohibited in all restaurants, lobby, and public areas in addition to the conference rooms and halls in compliance with the New Dubai Municipality Rules.
