Starwood Preferred Guest Information
As a villa property, we are unable to offer select SPG® elite member benefits including upgrades, Suite Night Awards, 4:00 p.m. late check-outs, and Your24. Also, in regards to Free Night Awards:
- May only book within 365 days of arrival
- Inventory may be limited
- Starpoints acquired through conversion of a vacation ownership interest may not be redeemed for Free Night Awards at a Starwood Vacation Ownership property.
Universally Accessible Villas
Should you need to take advantage of our universally accessible villas, please inform us when you make your reservations.
Alcoholic beverage service is restricted to those 21 years or older.
Age Requirement Policy
Guests must be 18 years or older with photo identification to reserve a room.
Check Cashing Policy
Check cashing services are available to guests who present valid identification and have an American Express Card. There is a limit of $50 per day.
We invite you to check in after 4 p.m., and request that you check out before 10 a.m., Hawaii Standard Time (HST). However, if your arrival or departure does not coincide with our schedule, the Front Desk will be happy to receive your bags while you enjoy the surrounding resort facilities. For your security, keys will only be given to the individual with the reservation unless other arrangements have been made.
Cribs and Highchairs
If you are traveling with children, we are happy to provide you with cribs and highchairs upon request. To make arrangements, please call Westin Vacation Ownership toll free at 888.WV.OWNER (888.986.9637).
For your comfort, we include a complete cleaning of your villa prior to check-in, as well as a restorative mid-week refresher. If you prefer, daily housekeeping can easily be arranged at a nominal charge. In order to ensure your stay is as pleasant as possible and to keep your villa clean and comfortable, our policy is that pets are not permitted anywhere on the resort property, with the exception of pets that may be covered under the Americans with Disabilities Act. We encourage you to leave your pets at home when traveling to Hawai‘i because of the strict air travel and quarantine requirements in Hawai‘i.
A boardwalk attached to the resort provides convenient access to the beach. Be reminded that the natural beauty of Hawai‘i's beaches may be accompanied by adverse ocean conditions that require you to act with caution to avoid injury. The beach in front of The Westin Ka‘anapali Ocean Resort Villas is public property and is not controlled or patrolled by the resort, and there are no lifeguards. For daily surf, ocean conditions and warnings, please consult the information boards located near the beach walk or ask one of our Recreation Staff.
