Age Requirement Policy
Guests must be 18 years or older with photo identification to reserve a guest room. Guests younger 18 must be accompanied by an adult. Visitors to the Casino, gaming, or casino lounge areas must be at least 21 years old. A valid, government-issued ID is required as proof of age.
Check Cashing Policy
Checks up to 50 USD per day can be cashed for hotel guests only. Guests must show a valid, government-issued ID.
Connecting Room Policy
Connecting rooms are based on availability. In order to request connecting rooms please call the hotel's in-house reservations department at (702) 836-5900 or email email@example.com.
Early Departure Policy
Guests who check out of the hotel prior to their scheduled departure date will be charged an early departure fee of $75, plus tax.
Family Plan Policy
Guests must be 18 years or older with photo identification to reserve a room. If guests are younger than 18 years of age, they must be accompanied by an adult.

Hotel Amenity Charge
A mandatory Hotel Amenity Charge of 19.95 USD per night includes complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi internet access, unlimited local, toll-free and domestic long distance telephone calls to all 50 states, valet and self-parking, use of our Hibiscus Spa's sauna and steam room, access to our pool, whirlpool and Westin Workout Gym, boarding pass printing, incoming faxes, public notary, two bottles of water per guestroom, and nightly access to our hosted Happy Hour featuring complimentary beer, wine, and hors d'oeuvres.
Pets are welcome at this hotel. Pets over 50 pounds may be permitted, but require prior approval; contact the hotel for details. We are pleased to provide a pet bed, food bowl and mat, and an official Westin "Dog in Room" sign.
Pet owners must sign a liability waiver at check-in and provide a $150 refundable deposit in case of any damage. We also charge a $35 non-refundable cleaning fee. Pets must not be left unattended in guest rooms. There is a pet-friendly grass area located by the hotel garage.
Credit/Debit Card Policy
Debit and Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.

Smoking is strictly prohibited in all guest rooms, the lobby, front desk area, all meeting spaces, and food and beverage outlets. Smoking is permitted in Casuarina Casino gaming areas including the Casino Lounge. A cleaning fee will be charged to guests who smoke in guest rooms or other non-smoking areas.
