Age Requirement Policy
Guests must be 18 years or older with photo identification to reserve a room.
Connecting Room Policy
Connecting rooms are available but not guaranteed and need to be requested. Please contact the hotel directly to make these arrangements.
Cribs are provided upon request. Hotel does not provide blankets, bumpers or pillows with our cribs. Guest must bring their own.
Family Plan Policy
Children who are 12 or younger sleep for free in the existing bedding of a room shared with a paying adult. Rollaways, child rollaways and cribs may incur extra charges.
Suite Night Award Cancellation Policy
Suite Night Award requests may be cancelled until 2 p.m. local hotel time the day before you arrive, as long as the Awards have not already been confirmed for use on a reservation. Once your Awards have been confirmed, you must cancel the entire reservation to be credited back all the Awards; however, after 3 p.m. local hotel time the day before you arrive, a reservation cancellation will result in the forfeiture of all Suite Night Awards applied to the entire reservation. This is in addition to any other cancellation penalties applicable to the reservation itself.

Check-In & Checkout Policies
Early Arrival Policy
Standard check-in time for the hotel is 2pm local time. Early check-in is subject to availability, and we suggest to our guests that they confirm the room reservation on the night prior to arrival. Otherwise, a request for early arrival will not be confirmed until check-in time. The early check-in fee is 50 Euro if you arrive between 8:00am and 10:00am and 30 Euro between 10:00am and 2:00pm.
Early Departure Policy
Early departures are evaluated on a case to case basis. Fees may apply.
Late Checkout Policy
For check-outs after 12:00pm, the fee will be equal to 10 EUR per hour. For checkouts between 6:00pm and 8:00pm the fee will be 50% of room rate. For checkouts after 8:00pm the fee will be a charge equal to the full overnight rate.
The hotel facilities are accessible to guests with disabilities. There are two Deluxe Accessible guest rooms. For TDD equipment and wheelchair availability, please contact Guest Relations at (351)(22) 0404125.

Alcoholic beverage service is restricted to those 18 years or older.
Babysitting/Child Care Policy
Hotel is pleased to provide contact information for babysitting service. However, guest is responsible for contracting the service.
Pets are not allowed. Only service animals are allowed. No other animals are permitted.
Children up to 12 years of age are allowed to access the pool and locker room facilities from 1pm to 7pm daily when accompanied by an adult. Armbands, mattresses, inflatable boats, and other pool toys are not allowed. Children must be supervised by responsible adults and are not allowed to use the Jacuzzi, saunas, heat experience, or gymnasium, even when accompanied. Children from 7 to 12 years old can be accompanied by hotel staff members in locker rooms, upon request by a parent or guardian.
A valid passport or photo ID is required at check in.
Health & Well-Being Policies
All guest rooms and public spaces are 100% non-smoking. A 50 to 120 EUR cleaning fee will be charged to any guest who violates the smoking policy.
Check Acceptance Policy
Personal checks are not accepted. Traveler's checks are accepted as payment or exchange. There is a limit of 200 Euros per day with valid passport.
Credit/Debit Card Policy
Debit and Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of the entire stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by the bank or financial institution. The hotel is not responsible for any resulting fees or charges.
Pre-paid rates have special conditions regarding the credit card provided:

The credit card used for pre-payment must be presented at check-in.
If prepaying for another guest, please contact the hotel prior to arrival to arrange for a third party billing.
Rates confirmed in USD are guaranteed in U.S. dollars when paid in U.S. cash or traveler's checks. Payments made by credit cards at the hotel will be charged in the local currency equivalent based on the daily exchange rate used by the hotel. Currency conversions by banks or credit card companies in processing payments are not within the control of the hotel and are subject to exchange rate fluctuations.
Gift Certificate Acceptance Policy
Gift certificates can be redeemed at hotel. Please contact the Executive Office at (351)(22) 0404105 to reserve a room.
Company Invoice: The company to be invoiced must send a fax with request of invoice. Must be approved by our Accounts Department prior to the guest’s arrival.
Third Party Credit Card: A non-guest wishing to pay for a guest in the hotel must fax/e-mail a copy of the front of the credit card prior to the guest’s arrival. Please specify which charges can be charged to the credit card.
