Sheraton Club Lounge

Club guests also have special access to the Club Lounge. A relaxing, upscale space, the Club Lounge offers complimentary breakfast, afternoon hors d’oeuvres and a variety of beverage options. Currency Fluctuations

For non-US hotels, rates confirmed in USD may be converted to local currency by the hotel at your time of stay, based on the exchange rate used by the hotel and are subject to exchange rate fluctuations.  Credit card charges are subject to additional currency conversions by banks or credit card companies, which are not within the hotel's control and may impact the amount charged to your credit card.  Please contact the hotel if you have any questions.

Accessibility Policy

The hotel facilities are accessible to guests with disabilities. There are two Deluxe Accessible guest rooms. For TDD equipment and wheelchair availability, please contact Guest Relations at (351)(22) 0404125.

Accessible guest rooms include:

  • Roll-in showers
  • Bathtubs with grab bars
  • Visual fire alarm
  • Telephone notification device
  • Mobility accessible doors with at least 32 inches of door width
  • Portable tub seat

Alcohol Policy

Alcoholic beverage service is restricted to those 18 years or older.

Age Requirement Policy

Guests must be 18 years or older with photo identification to reserve a room.

Babysitting/Child Care Policy

Hotel is pleased to provide contact information for babysitting service. However, guest is responsible for contracting the service.

Check Acceptance Policy

Personal checks are not accepted. Traveler's checks are accepted as payment or exchange. There is a limit of 200 Euros per day with valid passport.

Connecting Room Policy

Connecting rooms are available but not guaranteed and need to be requested. Please contact the hotel directly to make these arrangements.

Early Departure Policy

Early departures are evaluated on a case to case basis. Fees may apply.

Early Arrival Policy

Standard check-in time for the hotel is 2pm local time. Early check-in is subject to availability, and we suggest to our guests that they confirm the room reservation on the night prior to arrival. Otherwise, a request for early arrival will not be confirmed until check-in time. The early check-in fee is 50 Euro if you arrive between 8:00am and 10:00am and 30 Euro between 10:00am and 2:00pm.

Crib Policy

Cribs are provided upon request. Hotel does not provide blankets, bumpers or pillows with our cribs. Guest must bring their own.

Family Plan Policy

Children who are 12 or younger sleep for free in the existing bedding of a room shared with a paying adult. Rollaways, child rollaways and cribs may incur extra charges.

Gift Certificate Acceptance Policy

Gift certificates can be redeemed at hotel. Please contact the Executive Office at (351)(22) 0404105 to reserve a room.

Late Checkout Policy

For check-outs after 12:00pm, the fee will be equal to 10 EUR per hour. For checkouts between 6:00pm and 8:00pm the fee will be 50% of room rate. For checkouts after 8:00pm the fee will be a charge equal to the full overnight rate.

Pet Policy

Pets are not allowed. Only service animals are allowed. No other animals are permitted.

Credit/Debit Card Policy

Debit and Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of the entire stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by the bank or financial institution. The hotel is not responsible for any resulting fees or charges.

Pre-paid rates have special conditions regarding the credit card provided:

  • The credit card provided must be valid for the entire stay.
  • The credit card used for pre-payment must be presented at check-in.
  • If prepaying for another guest, please contact the hotel prior to arrival to arrange for a third party billing.

Payment Policy

Company Invoice: The company to be invoiced must send a fax with request of invoice. Must be approved by our Accounts Department prior to the guest’s arrival.

Third Party Credit Card: A non-guest wishing to pay for a guest in the hotel must fax/e-mail a copy of the front of the credit card prior to the guest’s arrival. Please specify which charges can be charged to the credit card.

Pool Policy

Children up to 12 years of age are allowed to access the pool from 1pm to 7pm daily.

Smoking Policy

Both smoking and non-smoking guest rooms are available. Smoking is permitted in certain areas in the restaurant and bar. 

A cleaning fee ranging from 50 to 120 EUR will be charged to any guest who violates the smoking policy.

Visa/Passport Policy

A valid passport or photo ID is required at check in.
