Connecting rooms can be requested, but not guaranteed in advance. All connecting rooms are subject to availability at check-in.

Check-In & Checkout Policies
Early Departure Policy
The early departure fee is $75. Changes to reservations can be made up to the day of checkout and are based on availability.
Late Checkout Policy
Late checkout is available at an additional charge. A half day room charge will be applied for checkouts between 12pm and 5pm. After 5pm, one night's room rate will be applied. SPG Platinum and Gold members receive a complimentary 4pm checkout time. Late checkout requests are based on availability.
The hotel is compliant with ADA. ADA compliant guest rooms are available. Please contact the hotel directly to make these arrangements.
Guests must be 21 years of age and show valid identification in order to purchase or consume alcohol at the hotel.
We are happy to accommodate dogs up to 40 pounds. Guests must sign a waiver to cover any additional cleaning or damage to the room. We ask that guests crate their dog when they are not in the room.
Health & Well-Being Policies
As part of our Breathe Westin® initiative, the hotel is completely smoke-free. The fee for smoking in guest rooms is $200.
We accept checks for advance deposits only. Checks must be received seven business days prior to arrival.
SPG Platinum and Gold members can cash a check for up to $300 per stay provided we have a valid credit card on file.
EMV/Chip & PIN Credit Card Policy
Please be aware this hotel is EMV/Chip & PIN ready and your credit card’s PIN may be necessary for you to check-in to the hotel. If you are not aware of the PIN for your chip credit card, or you are unsure if your card requires a PIN, please contact the financial institution that issued your credit card for clarity and to secure your PIN.
Credit/Debit Card Policy
Debit and Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.
The hotel accepts credit card, debit cards and cash payments; money orders are not accepted. For debit and credit card payments, the card holder must be present at time of check-in. For guests wishing to pay cash at check-in, a 100 USD deposit is required per day in addition to the cost of room and tax.
Tax Exempt Policy
We accept state tax exemption if a guest can show a government GSA card or a tax exempt form with an agency credit card. The exemption form agency must be the same as the agency name on the credit card.
