For non-US hotels, rates confirmed in USD may be converted to local currency by the hotel at your time of stay, based on the exchange rate used by the hotel and are subject to exchange rate fluctuations. Credit card charges are subject to additional currency conversions by banks or credit card companies, which are not within the hotel's control and may impact the amount charged to your credit card. Disability Accessible Policy
An accessible elevator is available at the hotel entrance to reach the lobby. The hotel is equipped with two accessible rooms (twin and king sized bed, 27-35m²). One wheelchair is accessible on-site (subject to availability) or assistance for renting one can be arranged through the concierge service with a deposit.
Alcoholic beverage service is restricted to those 18 years or older (with valid identification).
Age Requirement Policy
Guests must be 18 years or older with photo identification to reserve a room.
Check Cashing Policy
The hotel does not offer check cashing services.
Connecting Room Policy
Connecting rooms are available but not guaranteed and need to be requested. Please contact the hotel directly to make these arrangements.
Extra Bedding Policy
Our maximum capacity for extra beds or cribs in a room is one. The exceptions are Superior and Eiffel Tower View Rooms where we are unable to add an extra bed.
Cribs are available on request; however, the hotel does not provide blankets, bumpers or pillows with our cribs, so we ask that guests provide their own crib bedding.
The maximum occupancy for most room types is three persons (including children), except for the Superior and Eiffel Tower View Rooms which have a maximum occupancy of two. Please contact the hotel directly if you wish to have more than three people (including children) in a room.
Family Plan Policy
Children who are 12 or younger sleep for free in the existing bedding of a room shared with a paying adult. Rollaways, child rollaways and cribs may incur extra charges.
Gift Certificate Policy
To redeem a gift certificate, please contact the hotel directly at (33)(1) 4477 1111. Reservation and availability information for gift certificate usage can only be made through the hotel.
Upon check-in, all guests must present a valid ID or passport and credit card.
Small dogs up to 15 kilograms are allowed at no additional charge. There is a maximum of two dogs per room and a dog waiver form must be signed at check-in. The Westin Heavenly Dog Bed is available upon request.
Credit/Debit Card Policy
Debit and Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.
Third Party Credit Card – A non-guest wishing to pay for a guest in the hotel must fax/e-mail a copy of the front of the credit card prior to the guest’s arrival. Please specify which charges can be charged to the credit card. Third party credit card payment can only be arranged for companies or agencies. The hotel does not accept individual third party payments from non-guests. Credit card authorization forms must be sent to the hotel using the secured fax number.
Check – Checks are only accepted from bank accounts held in France. Guest must have a check guarantee card. Traveller’s checks are accepted for payment or exchange. Guest must show valid passport for the transaction.
Direct Bill – All direct billing must first be approved by our Accounts Department. The company to be invoiced must send a fax to the hotel with request of invoice. Please specify on the fax which charges should be invoiced back.
