Package Handling Policy

Dogs up to 40 pounds are allowed. No other pets are permitted. A 50 USD non-refundable cleaning fee will be charged. Pets are not allowed in suites and are only permitted in Traditional King and Double room types. Owners must sign a waiver at check-in and are responsible for any damage or additional cleaning required. Dogs must be leashed at all times and are not permitted in dining and recreation areas. Dogs may not be left unattended in the guestroom. Guests must be in their guestroom in order to receive housekeeping services.
Health & Well-Being Policies
Parties in guest rooms are not allowed. We ask that non-registered guests curtail their visits by 11pm to ensure quiet for all or our guests. If you are interested in hosting a party or entertaining during your stay, please contact our Banquet and Sales Department. Pool and fitness center privileges are for registered guests only. Noise is expected to be kept to a minimum at all times.

Check Cashing Policy
Check cashing services are available to guests who present a valid, major credit card (photo identification). There is a limit of $50 per day.
EMV/Chip & PIN Credit Card Policy

If you are not aware of the PIN for your chip credit card, or you are unsure if your card requires a PIN, please contact the financial institution that issued your credit card for clarity and to secure your PIN.
Credit/Debit Card Policy
Debit and Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount no less than 50 USD and up to 22% of the expected room and tax costs to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution. The hotel is not responsible for any resulting fees or charges.
