Special Conditions
Pool Area - Temporary Closure
From June 24 through June 28, 2013, our pool area will be closed for maintenance. The fitness facility will be open as usual. During this time, our guests can use the spa area at a nearby hotel free of charge.
Currency Fluctuations
For non-US hotels, rates confirmed in USD may be converted to local currency by the hotel at your time of stay, based on the exchange rate used by the hotel and are subject to exchange rate fluctuations. Credit card charges are subject to additional currency conversions by banks or credit card companies, which are not within the hotel's control and may impact the amount charged to your credit card. Accessible Policy
The hotel is compliant with ADA. The hotel has a wheelchair and 2 accessible rooms with a roll-in shower and other amenities. Please contact the hotel directly for availability.
Alcohol Policy
Alcoholic beverage service is restricted to those 18 years or older (with valid identification).
Age Requirement Policy
Guests must be 18 years or older to reserve a room. Underaged guests must be accompanied by an adult.
Check Policy
In order to arrange payment by check, please contact the hotel directly.
Check cashing service for traveller checks is available. A bank handling fee of 20.00 EUR per check will apply.
Connecting Room
Connecting rooms are available. Please contact the hotel to confirm availability.
Credit Card Policy
Credit cards mentioned in the reservation must be available upon arrival to the hotel.
Early Departure Policy
An early departure fee may be imposed on guests departing prior to their scheduled departure date. Fees may be up to 90% of their confirmed length of stay. Please contact the hotel for further information.
Extra Bedding Policy
Rollaway beds and cribs can only be guaranteed if they are confirmed directly with the hotel. The charge per rollaway bed is 30 EUR per day.
Cribs are free of charge. The hotel does not provide blankets, bumpers or pillows. Guest must bring their own crib bedding.

Family Plan Policy
Children who are 12 or younger sleep for free in the existing bedding of a room shared with a paying adult. Rollaways, child rollaways and cribs may incur extra charges.
Gift Certificate Policy
To purchase or redeem a gift certificate, please contact the hotel directly.
Pet Policy
Pets are allowed. A fee of 15 EUR per day will be added to the room rate. Pets are not permitted in restaurants or bars.
Credit/Debit Card Policy
Debit and Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.
Payment Policy
Non-residents wishing to pay for a hotel guest by credit card must fax a credit card payment authorization to the hotel with the billing address. Please specify which charges can be charged to the credit card. Due to security reasons, we do not accept credit card information via email. Please fax your credit card information to our secure fax number: (49)(40) 2100 2029.

Smoking Policy
Due to local law, smoking is banned in all public areas. This ban includes smoking in the lobby, bar, and restaurants. Smoking is permitted outside the hotel building as well as in designated guest rooms. As of February 1, 2009, smoking will aslo be allowed in the Opus Lounge from 6:00 PM until the bar closes.
