Mandatory New Year’s Dinner Charge: December 31, 2017
On December 31, 2017, a mandatory New Year’s Dinner charge of 2100 AED per person (children 5 - 15 years of age 1050 AED) will apply. This charge is not included in the room rate booked. Please contact the resort for further information.
Cribs are provided upon request. The resort does not provide blankets, bumpers or pillows with our cribs. Guests must bring their own.
Family Plan Policy
Children who are 12 or younger sleep for free in the existing bedding of a room shared with a paying adult. Rollaways, child rollaways and cribs may incur extra charges.
Suite Night Award Cancellation Policy
Suite Night Award requests may be cancelled until 2 p.m. local hotel time the day before you arrive, as long as the Awards have not already been confirmed for use on a reservation. Once your Awards have been confirmed, you must cancel the entire reservation to be credited back all the Awards; however, after 3 p.m. local hotel time the day before you arrive, a reservation cancellation will result in the forfeiture of all Suite Night Awards applied to the entire reservation. This is in addition to any other cancellation penalties applicable to the reservation itself.

Alcoholic beverage service is restricted to those 21 years or older (with valid identification).
Babysitting/Child Care Policy
Child care services can be arranged for children aged 3 years or older. A commitment of at least three hours is required, and reservations should be made at least 24 hours in advance. A 24-hour cancellation policy also applies.
Club Lounge Access Policy
Access to the Club Lounge is restricted to those 21 years or older between 6:00 PM and 11:00 PM. Please contact the hotel for further information.
Lost and Found Policy
All found items are logged in the Lost & Found section of the Housekeeping department. In accordance with local laws, all valuable items will be handed over to the Dubai Police after three months. Non-valuable items in new condition will be handed over to the Dubai Police after six months. All food and drinks will be disposed of if not claimed within 24 hours of being found.
Pets are not allowed.
Nationals of the US, most western European countries and Australia & New Zealand can obtain entry visa on arrival at any UAE International Airport. Please check with the nearest Embassy of United Arab Emirates in advance of travelling to ensure you are compliant with entry rules and procedures.
Hotel can apply for entry visa on behalf of the guest. Please allow a minimum of 7 working days for processing. Government fees apply and the hotel makes no guarantee in obtaining the entry visa. For further information please contact the hotel reservations department at email@example.com.
Health & Well-Being Policies
In compliance with the Government of Dubai regulations on smoking, smoking is completely prohibited in all public areas as well as all restaurants and lounges of the hotel. Half of our outside dining terraces are designated as smoking.
Check Cashing Policy
The hotel does not offer check cashing services.
Credit/Debit Card Policy
Debit and Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.
Rates confirmed in USD are guaranteed in U.S. dollars when paid in U.S. cash or traveler's checks. Payments made by credit cards at the hotel will be charged in the local currency equivalent based on the daily exchange rate used by the hotel. Currency conversions by banks or credit card companies in processing payments are not within the control of the hotel and are subject to exchange rate fluctuations.
For credit card payment, the holder of the credit card must be present during the transaction. Third-party credit card payments are not accepted.
A bank transfer must be received seven days prior to a guest’s arrival. Following the transfer, a copy of the transfer and guest confirmation must be emailed to the Room Reservations Department at firstname.lastname@example.org. If the bank transfer is not received before check-in, the guest will be charged for the entire reservation. Refunds to the guest will be processed only after the receipt of funds from the bank transfer.
