If guests require connecting rooms, please reserve a two or three bedroom suite, as all connecting rooms are parts of multi-room suites. Studio suites are not connecting. Please contact the resort directly, prior to arrival, to assure that the requests are honored.
Extra Bedding Policy
Rollaway beds are not available for Traditional Rooms or Studio Suites. For the larger suites, the resort has an extremely limited number of rollaway beds and guests should to contact the resort directly to inquire about availability and to reserve rollaway beds. Rollaway beds are $35 per night plus tax.
Travel Insurance Policy
All guests are urged to buy travel insurance for reservations. The resort does not make exceptions for weather related delays, unexpected illness or injury, unexpected work related obligations or other types of personal emergencies. Travel insurance is highly recommended for every reservation. Please contact the hotel for further information.
Check-In & Checkout Policies
Early Departure Policy
All reservations are pre-paid before arrival. Refunds are not offered for an early departure.
A valid photo identification is required to check in and for any credit card transaction. Valid forms of ID include any government issued driver's license, government issued ID, or passport.
Late Checkout Policy
Late checkout requests are granted based on availability on date of departure. Every effort will be made to accommodate requests. Luggage assistance and storage are also available.
Alcoholic beverage service is restricted to those 21 years or older (with valid identification).
Package Handling Policy
A charge for receipt of shipments prior to arrival will apply: $5 per package of up to 25 pounds, $10 per package of 26 to 99 pounds, and $15 per package of 100 pounds or greater. A $10 flat fee is charged for receipt of skis or golf clubs. Handling charges for processing outgoing shipments are also applicable.
The hotel welcomes dogs for a fee of 50 USD per dog per night. We provide a Westin Heavenly® Dog Bed and water and food bowls upon request. Dogs must be leashed at all times and are not permitted in any dining facility, pool deck, fitness center, or spa. Limit of two dogs per guestroom. No other animals are permitted.
Swimming is done at your own risk, as there are no lifeguards on duty. The pool may be closed for maintenance or due to inclement weather.
Health & Well-Being Policies
The resort is a 100% non-smoking facility. No smoking guestrooms or public facilities are available at this time. In compliance with the Colorado Indoor Clean Air Act and the town of Avon's smoking guidelines, smoking is not permitted inside any public building or within 50 feet of a building's entrance or public walkway.
Personal checks drawn from a US bank are acceptable as payment for goods and services. Checks may be cashed at the front desk with a valid form of ID and a valid credit card. Check-cashing limits are $100 per day, or $200 per day for Starwood Preferred Guest Gold and Platinum members.
Credit Card Policy
The following credit cards are accepted: American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Discover. Please note that credit cards that are attached to a debit account will have funds authorized upon check-in to include the total room cost plus tax, and an estimated incidental amount.
Credit/Debit Card Policy
Debit and Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.
