Connecting rooms are subject to availability upon arrival. Requests for connecting rooms should be included in the reservation. For additional information, please contact the hotel directly.
Suite Night Award Cancellation Policy
Suite Night Award requests may be cancelled until 2 p.m. local hotel time the day before you arrive, as long as the Awards have not already been confirmed for use on a reservation. Once your Awards have been confirmed, you must cancel the entire reservation to be credited back all the Awards; however, after 3 p.m. local hotel time the day before you arrive, a reservation cancellation will result in the forfeiture of all Suite Night Awards applied to the entire reservation. This is in addition to any other cancellation penalties applicable to the reservation itself.
Check-In & Checkout Policies
Early Departure Policy
Your booked departure date will be confirmed at check-in. If you wish to change your departure date at that time, please note that it may result in a different room rate depending on the rate plan you have reserved. An early departure fee will apply if your departure date is changed after check-in.
For security purposes, valid photo identification is required at check-in. Acceptable forms include a driver's license, passport, and/or proof of age card. Photo identification must also match the name that is on the reservation. Children under 16 years of age must present an Identification card or Hu Kou Ben document upon check-in.
Late Checkout Policy
Late checkout is subject to availability and hourly rates may apply. For additional assistance please contact the Front Desk.
Alcohol will not be served to anyone under the age of 18.
No pets allowed.
Swimming pool access is available to in-house guests and guests who purchase Sunday brunch.
Check Cashing Policy
While the resort does not offer check-cashing services, we are pleased to exchange foreign currency or traveler’s checks totaling up to 1,000 USD per guest, per day. This policy is subject to change according to local bank policies.
This resort accepts cash, debit card, and credit card upon check-in. Hotel does not accept 3rd Party Payments/Credit Card Authorization Forms. For payment with a third party credit card, card holder must sign the bill at the resort's front desk. Please contact the resort's Reservations Department for further information.
