Special Conditions
Currency Fluctuations
For non-US hotels, rates confirmed in USD may be converted to local currency by the hotel at your time of stay, based on the exchange rate used by the hotel and are subject to exchange rate fluctuations. Credit card charges are subject to additional currency conversions by banks or credit card companies, which are not within the hotel's control and may impact the amount charged to your credit card. Please contact the hotel if you have any questions.

Alcohol Policy
We are pleased to serve alcoholic beverages to guests over 18-years-old (with valid identification).
Minimum Check-in Age Policy
The minimum check-in age at our hotel is 18 years old.
Check Acceptance Policy
We regret that personal checks are not accepted as method of payment. Travelers checks are accepted, with valid identification. Other conditions may apply.
Connecting Room Policy
The resort is pleased to offer connecting rooms for guests' convenience. Please make requests as early as possible to ensure availability.
Currency Policy
Please note that all prices are quoted in Euro (EUR), do not include taxes or gratuities, and may be subject to change.
Extra Bedding Policy
It is our pleasure to offer extra beds, upon request, for children.
All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing beds. All children from 3 to 12 years are charged EUR 30 per night per person for extra beds. Children over 12 years or adults are charged EUR 70 per night per person for extra beds.

Family Plan Policy
Children who are 12 or younger sleep for free in the existing bedding of a room shared with a paying adult. Rollaways, child rollaways and cribs may incur extra charges.
Late Checkout Policy
While we are unable to guarantee late check-out, we will do our best to accommodate requests based on availability. In the case of a late check-out before 6pm, an additional half-room rate will apply. For check-out after 6pm, a full-room rate will apply.
Summer Admittance Policy
During the summer period, May 1 - September 31, 2011, hotel/resort residents may host up to 2 visitors with a €15 charge on weekdays and a €25 charge on weekends. Pet Policy
The Arion Resort & Spa is delighted to welcome pets to our resort. We permit one dog or cat (5 kg/11lbs or less) per room and provide the following amenities for their comfort: a bowl, bed and mat, and Pet Welcome Kit. Guests are required to sign a liability waiver at check-in and a non-refundable $100 cleaning fee per room, per stay will apply.
We kindly ask that guests observe the following regulations when travelling with their pets:
- To utilize the 'Dog/Cat in Room' door hanger at all time.
- To keep all dogs on a leash when outside the room. Please note that we do not permit pets in the resort's meeting rooms or restaurants.
Credit/Debit Card Policy
Debit and Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.
Payment Policy
All services must be paid for at the time they are rendered or upon check-out. We are pleased to accept cash, travelers checks, or any major credit card.
Smoking Policy
We regret that smoking is not permitted in any guest rooms, suites, or indoor public spaces.
Waitlist Policy
Guests should contact the resort directly to place their names on a waiting list for guest rooms and suites. They will be contacted as accommodations become available.
