Pool Closure: April 17 - November 17, 2017
From April 17 to November 17, 2017, the outdoor heated pool will be closed.
Age Requirement Policy
Guests must be 23 years or older with photo identification to reserve a room.
Connecting Room Policy
Connecting rooms are only available upon request and are subject to availability. Connecting rooms may be guaranteed for an additional $25 per night. Please contact the resort directly to make these arrangements.
Extra Bedding Policy
Rollaway beds are available in all suites and in guest rooms with king-size beds, for a fee. Cribs are provided upon request, free of charge.
Suite Night Award Cancellation Policy
Suite Night Award requests may be cancelled until 2 p.m. local hotel time the day before you arrive, as long as the Awards have not already been confirmed for use on a reservation. Once your Awards have been confirmed, you must cancel the entire reservation to be credited back all the Awards; however, after 3 p.m. local hotel time the day before you arrive, a reservation cancellation will result in the forfeiture of all Suite Night Awards applied to the entire reservation. This is in addition to any other cancellation penalties applicable to the reservation itself.
Travel Insurance Policy
All guests are urged to buy travel insurance for reservations during ski season. The resort does not make exceptions for weather related delays, unexpected illness or injury, unexpected work related obligations or other types of personal emergencies. Travel insurance is highly recommended for every reservation. The cost is 6.95% of the total reservation including tax and Resort Fee. Please contact the resort directly for further information.

Check-In & Checkout Policies
Early Departure Policy
An early departure fee may be imposed on guests departing prior to their scheduled departure date. Fees will be 100% of their confirmed length of stay. Please contact the resort for further information.
Alcoholic beverage service is restricted to those 21 years or older (with valid identification).
Package Handling Policy
There is a package handling fee for all incoming and outbound packages. Please contact the resort directly for the exact fee.
We are pleased to welcome dogs of up to 80 pounds into the main resort at no additional charge. However, pets are not allowed in Mountain Suites, Village Inn Studios or Village Inn Condominiums. Please note that pets may not be left unattended at any time, even when in a crate. Additionally, dogs are not allowed in dining, golf course areas, or at the pool. Guests are required to sign a waiver at check-in and the resort reserves the right to charge a fee if damages are incurred.
If you plan on bringing a pet, please notify the resort at the time of reservation.
Health & Well-Being Policies
Per statewide ordinance, all guest rooms—including balconies—and public spaces are 100% non-smoking. A 500 USD cleaning fee will be charged to any guest who violates the smoking policy.
Check Cashing Policy
The resort does not offer check cashing services.
EMV/Chip & PIN Credit Card Policy
Please be aware this hotel is EMV/Chip & PIN ready and your credit card’s PIN may be necessary for you to check-in to the hotel. If you are not aware of the PIN for your chip credit card, or you are unsure if your card requires a PIN, please contact the financial institution that issued your credit card for clarity and to secure your PIN.
Credit/Debit Card Policy
Debit and Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.
Gift Certificate Policy
To purchase or redeem a gift certificate, please contact the resort directly.
Please note that a valid credit card is required at check-in for the room, tax, and incidentals. Guests paying in cash must provide a cash deposit equal to the room, tax, and 75 USD per day.

Resort Charge Policy
The resort has a daily resort charge of 25 USD (plus tax) that includes the following: self-parking in the underground garage, basic Internet access, two bottles of water daily, toll-free and local phone calls, scheduled shuttle service, recreational equipment storage, bike wash station usage (summer months), morning lobby coffee, nightly S’mores, a 20% discount on demos from Ski and Sport, a 10% discount on one full-priced item at Steamboat Gifts and Mountain Outfitters, and a 10 USD discount on a facial at Rocky Mountain Day Spa.
Tax Exempt Policy
Guests seeking tax exemption should provide a copy of the Tax Exemption Certificate at check-in, indicating the tax-exempt number along with a form of payment from the account of the tax-exempt organization.
