Seasonal Restaurant La Scène Closure: July 30 - August 27
From July 30 until August 27, 2017, Restaurant La Scène will be closed for summer. The restaurant will reopen for diner on August 28th. Please contact the hotel for further information.
Age Requirement Policy
All guests of the hotel must be 18 years old to check-in. We request that minors be accompanied by an adult.
Connecting Room Policy
Connecting rooms are available but not guaranteed and need to be requested. Please contact the hotel directly to make these arrangements.
Extra Bedding Policy
It is our pleasure to provide complimentary rollaway beds or cribs upon request for children under 12 years old. A nightly fee will be applied for adult rollaway beds.
Additional beds are subject to availability. Hotel does not provide blankets, bumpers, or pillows with our crib. Guest must bring their own.
Family Plan Policy
Children who are 12 or younger sleep for free in the existing bedding of a room shared with a paying adult. Children over 12 years old are charged as adults.
A maximum of three persons per room is allowed, children included. Please contact our hotel directly if you wish to have more than three (including children) in a room.
Suite Night Award Cancellation Policy
Suite Night Award requests may be cancelled until 2 p.m. local hotel time the day before you arrive, as long as the Awards have not already been confirmed for use on a reservation. Once your Awards have been confirmed, you must cancel the entire reservation to be credited back all the Awards; however, after 3 p.m. local hotel time the day before you arrive, a reservation cancellation will result in the forfeiture of all Suite Night Awards applied to the entire reservation. This is in addition to any other cancellation penalties applicable to the reservation itself.

Early Arrival Policy
To guarantee a room for arrival before 2pm, we request that you book one night in advance.
Early Departure Policy
An early departure penalty will apply for all pre-paid reservations.
Please present a valid passport or ID card at check-in.
Accessible rooms are only available as Art Deco Deluxe Rooms. In order to confirm an accessible room, please contact the hotel directly. Wheelchairs, large button telephones, television remote controls with large buttons, and bright clock radios can be arranged through the concierge.
The dress code throughout the hotel, including the Bar Les Heures and Restaurant La Scène, is smart casual.
The hotel is delighted to welcome pets to our hotel. We permit one dog (18kg/40lbs or less) per room. Above this limit, approval from the General Manager is required.
We ask that all pets are kept on a leash when outside the room, and do not permit pets in the hotel's meeting rooms or restaurants. Guests are required to sign a liability waiver at check-in and are responsible for any injury, damages, or disturbances caused by their pet.
Health & Well-Being Policies
The hotel is 100% smoke free. Guest may smoke only on the hotel’s balconies and terraces.
Check Cashing Policy
Checks are only accepted from bank accounts held in France. Guest must have a check guarantee card. Traveler’s checks are accepted for payment or exchange. Guest must show valid passport for the transaction.
Credit Card Policy
In addition to the credit card requirement for reservations, a valid credit card must be presented at check-in. If a guest wishes to pay cash at check-in or checkout, a credit card must still be provided.
Credit/Debit Card Policy
Debit and Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.
Rates confirmed in USD are guaranteed in U.S. dollars when paid in U.S. cash or traveler's checks. Payments made by credit cards at the hotel will be charged in the local currency equivalent based on the daily exchange rate used by the hotel. Currency conversions by banks or credit card companies in processing payments are not within the control of the hotel and are subject to exchange rate fluctuations.
Gift Certificate Acceptance Policy
Hotel accepts gift certificates. For reservations please contact the General Manager's office at (33)(1) 53 237889.
A non-guest wishing to pay for a guest in the hotel must fax a credit card Authorization form (which can be provided by the in-house reservation) prior to the guest’s arrival. Please specify which charges can be charged to the credit card.
All direct billing must first be approved by our Accounts Department. The company to be invoiced must send a fax to the hotel with request of invoice. Please specify on the fax which charges should be invoiced back.
