Sheraton Club Lounge
Located on preferred floors, Sheraton Club guest rooms offer upgraded amenities, free bottled water, and complimentary fitness center access. Club guests also have special access to the Club Lounge. A relaxing, upscale space, the Club Lounge offers complimentary breakfast, afternoon hors d’oeuvres and a variety of beverage options. Take advantage of the private Club Lounge where you can connect with friends, meet with your team, or simply relax by catching your favorite TV show. Need to get some work done? A copier/fax/printer and complimentary office supplies are ready to go.

Currency Fluctuations
For non-US hotels, rates confirmed in USD may be converted to local currency by the hotel at your time of stay, based on the exchange rate used by the hotel and are subject to exchange rate fluctuations. Credit card charges are subject to additional currency conversions by banks or credit card companies, which are not within the hotel's control and may impact the amount charged to your credit card. Disabled Accessible Policy
Hotel features ramps, access for wheelchairs and three disability accessible guestrooms. Disability accessible guestrooms may be requested and are based on availability.
Alcohol Policy
Alcoholic beverage service is restricted to those 18 years or older (with valid identification).
Check Cashing Policy
The hotel does not offer check cashing services.

Early check-in based upon availability.
Family Plan Policy
Children 12 and under sleep free in existing room bedding. Rollaways, child rollaways and cribs may incur extra charges.
ID Requirement Policy
The minimum age to check-in is 18 years old and a valid passport is required. For corporate rates and government employees, ID is required.
Late Checkout Policy
50% of the daily rate will be charged for late checkouts.
Maximum Occupancy Policy
The maximum occupancy for all room types is two adults and two children, 12 years and under.
Payment Policy
Guest can prepay with credit card (authorization form, copy of the credit card and ID of the credit card holder is required) or wire transfer. Information regarding wire transfer can be requested by emailing reservas@sheratonpanama.com.pa.
Smoking Policy
All guest rooms and public spaces are 100% non-smoking. A $200 cleaning fee will be charged to any guest who violates the smoking policy.
Passport Policy
Foreign guests must present a valid passport at check-in.
