Connecting rooms are available in both Deluxe & Club Room categories (king beds connected to 2 queen beds). A request for connecting rooms may be done however it is subject to availability. Connecting rooms may be confirmed only by the resort if the request is for a family with children 12 years of age or younger or for families with disabled family members.
Extra Bedding Policy
Cribs are available at no additional charge but we do not provide blankets, bumpers, or pillows for cribs. Rollaway beds are available for a fee. Please include your request when making your reservation.
Family Plan Policy
Children who are 11 or younger sleep for free in the existing bedding of a room shared with a paying adult. Rollaways, child rollaways and cribs may incur extra charges.
All rooms can accommodate 4 people; however, the number of adults cannot exceed 3. Children 12 years of age or older are considered adults.
Suite Night Award Cancellation Policy
Suite Night Award requests may be cancelled until 2 p.m. local hotel time the day before you arrive, as long as the Awards have not already been confirmed for use on a reservation. Once your Awards have been confirmed, you must cancel the entire reservation to be credited back all the Awards; however, after 3 p.m. local hotel time the day before you arrive, a reservation cancellation will result in the forfeiture of all Suite Night Awards applied to the entire reservation. This is in addition to any other cancellation penalties applicable to the reservation itself.

Check-In & Checkout Policies
Early Arrival Policy
We are pleased to accommodate early arrival requests, based on availability. If you wish to guarantee early arrival, the room must be booked for the night prior.
United Arab Emirates (UAE) Residents:
Upon check-in, guests must present a UAE ID, UAE driving license (UAE Nationals Only), or original passport with a valid visa stamp.
Non-United Arab Emirates (UAE) Residents:
Upon check-in, guests must present a valid passport and visa. All other identification documents are not acceptable.
Saudi nationals must present their original passport.
The resort offers Disability Accessible Rooms. All are wheelchair accessible, with grab bars in the bathroom and a roll-in shower.
Alcoholic beverage service is restricted to those 21 years or older (with valid identification).
Pets are not allowed.
Please check with the nearest Embassy of United Arab Emirates in advance of traveling to ensure you are compliant with entry rules and procedures. Non-compliant guests may not be allowed to enter the country. The resort is not responsible for any failure to comply with this policy.
All non-local residents must present a passport that is valid for at least 6 months after the date of entry in to the United Arab Emirates. The resort can assist with the visa process; terms and conditions apply. Please contact the reservations department at Reservations.Dubai@westin.com or by phone at (971)(4) 511 7777. The visa process will take approximately 7 business days. Applications with a shorter lead period will not be accepted. All visa charges have to be paid at the time of the application and are non-refundable. If a visa is not granted by the immigration authorities, visa charges cannot be refunded or adjusted.
Health & Well-Being Policies
We offer both smoking and non-smoking guest rooms. Smoking in a non-smoking room will result in a fee of 2,000 AED.
Many of the resort's public areas are non-smoking, including the lobby and all guest room corridors, some of our conference spaces, and half of all outdoor seating. All indoor restaurants and bars are non-smoking.
Personal checks are not accepted for payment. In addition, the hotel does not offer check cashing services.
Credit Card Policy
The credit card used to book a reservation must be presented at check-in. If the cardholder will not be staying at the resort, please contact reservations department at (971)(4) 511 7771 or email email@example.com so the cardholder may complete payment.
Credit/Debit Card Policy
Debit and Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.
Rates confirmed in USD are guaranteed in U.S. dollars when paid in U.S. cash or traveler's checks. Payments made by credit cards at the hotel will be charged in the local currency equivalent based on the daily exchange rate used by the hotel. Currency conversions by banks or credit card companies in processing payments are not within the control of the hotel and are subject to exchange rate fluctuations.
Gift Certificate Policy
Gift certificates may be purchased directly from the hotel and are accepted subject to room availability.
All major hard currencies are accepted. Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Diners Club are accepted. Pre-payment can be arranged through bank transfer. Please contact the hotel for further information.
