The maximum number of guests allowed per room is two adults and two children.
At check-in, we’ll need a deposit—in cash or by credit card—equal to one-and-a-half times the room rate. Of course, you’ll get the extra back at check-out when we settle your bill.
Suite Night Award Cancellation Policy
Suite Night Award requests may be cancelled until 2 p.m. local hotel time the day before you arrive, as long as the Awards have not already been confirmed for use on a reservation. Once your Awards have been confirmed, you must cancel the entire reservation to be credited back all the Awards; however, after 3 p.m. local hotel time the day before you arrive, a reservation cancellation will result in the forfeiture of all Suite Night Awards applied to the entire reservation. This is in addition to any other cancellation penalties applicable to the reservation itself.
Check-In & Checkout Policies
For security purposes, valid photo identification is required at check-in. Acceptable forms include a driver's license, passport and proof-of-age card. Photo identification must also match the name that is on the reservation.
Children under 16 years of age must present an identification card or Hu Kou Ben document upon check-in.
At our hotel, alcohol is for adults-only—we only serve and sell to guests 18 and over. (Remember your ID!)
Animals are family, too! That’s why Aloft Beijing, Haidian welcomes dogs up to 40 pounds (18 kilograms).* Our pet-friendly arf(SM) program offers a special bed, bowl, and a doggie bag of woof-alicious treats and toys, all available to use during your stay. Please make sure they’re on their best behavior—we don’t want to charge you extra for housekeeping!
If your dog weighs more than 40 pounds, please contact the hotel directly to discuss a waiver.
No lifeguard is on duty at the pool. Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult. Appropriate swimwear is required for all ages. The hotel cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen items or injuries.
Make sure your paperwork’s in order—a valid visa is required for any foreigners to enter the People's Republic of China. At check-in, we’ll need to take a photocopy of your passport’s visa page, as required by law.
