Animals are family, too! That’s why Aloft Beijing, Haidian welcomes dogs up to 40 pounds (18 kilograms).* Our pet-friendly arf(SM) program offers a special bed, bowl, and a doggie bag of woof-alicious treats and toys, all complimentary to use during your stay. Please make sure they’re on their best behavior—we don’t want to charge you extra for housekeeping!
If your dog weighs more than 40 pounds, please contact the hotel directly to discuss a waiver.
Upon checkout, the hotel accepts cash and valid credit cards as a form of payment. Checks are not accepted.
No lifeguard is on duty at the pool. Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult. Appropriate swimwear is required for all ages. The hotel cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen items or injuries.
At check-in, we’ll need a deposit—in cash or by credit card—equal to one-and-a-half times the room rate. Of course, you’ll get the extra back at check-out when we settle your bill.
As of June 1, 2015, smoking is no longer permitted within guest rooms and the rest of the hotel premises, in accordance with Beijing Tobacco Control Regulations. Smoking is allowed only at designated smoking areas outside the hotel building.
Make sure your paperwork’s in order—a valid visa is required for any foreigners to enter the People's Republic of China. At check-in, we’ll need to take a photocopy of your passport’s visa page, as required by law.
