Check Cashing Policy

Hotel will cash personal checks for SPG Members only, with valid identification. There is a limit of either $100 per day or $300 per stay. Other conditions may apply.

Pet Policy

Animals are family, too! That’s why Aloft Chicago O’Hare welcomes dogs up to 40 pounds.* Our pet-friendly arf(SM) program offers a special bed, bowl, and a doggie bag of woof-alicious treats and toys, all complimentary to use during your stay. Please make sure they’re on their best behavior—we don’t want to charge you extra for housekeeping!

* If your dog weighs more than 40 pounds, please contact the hotel directly to discuss a waiver.

Credit/Debit Card Policy

Debit and Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.

Pre-Paid Reservation Policy

Credit card used for pre-paid reservations must be presented at check-in. This is for the cardholder's protection. If cardholder is not present, full payment will be taken on presented card, and the pre-payment will be credited back. Additional authorizations for incidental charges can be processed on a separate card.
