Family Plan Policy
Children who are 12 or younger sleep for free in the existing bedding of a room shared with a paying adult. Rollaways, child rollaways and cribs may incur extra charges.
The maximum occupancy for all room types is three persons including children and infants.
Check-In & Checkout Policies
Early Arrival Policy
We are pleased to accommodate early arrivals, based on availability. Checking in before 3pm is complimentary; before 12pm, 50% of the room rate applies. For guaranteed arrivals, guests must reserve the room for the previous night at the full room rate.
Early Departure Policy
Departure dates are confirmed upon check-in. Guests departing prior to their scheduled departure date may incur a charge of one night's room rate.
Reservations on prepaid rates cannot be amended without losing the full deposit. Please contact the hotel for further information.
Late Checkout Policy
Late checkout is available subject to availability. For checkout before 6pm, 50% of one night's room rate will apply. Checkout after 6pm will incur one night's room rate.
Our hotel features guest rooms and public areas that are disability accessible. Wheelchairs are available for rental upon request.
The hotel welcomes dogs and cats under 15 kilograms. A maximum of one pet per room is permitted, and a pet waiver must be signed at check-in. Pets are not permitted in public areas and must be leashed at all times. Guests will be responsible for any excessive damage or cleaning required.
Health & Well-Being Policies
The hotel is pleased to accommodate requests for both smoking and non-smoking guest rooms. Please note that smoking is not permitted in the common areas of the hotel per Italian law. Smoking is only allowed in designated outdoor areas.
Personal checks are not accepted.
Credit/Debit Card Policy
Debit and Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.
Gift Certificate Policy

A non-guest wishing to pay for a guest in the hotel must request an authorization form prior to guest's arrival. The non-guest will need to specify what can be charged to the credit card and return the form by fax.
Guests wishing to pay by company invoice must send a fax with request of invoice. All direct billing must first be approved by our accounts department prior to the guest’s arrival. Please specify on the fax which charges should be invoiced back to the company.
Voucher Acceptance Policy
Vouchers are accepted by contracted travel agencies and tour operators. Please contact the hotel for further information.
