We are pleased to serve alcoholic beverages to guests over 21 with valid identification. No outside alcohol is permitted.
Age Requirement Policy
All guests must be 21 or older to reserve a room. We request that minors be accompanied by an adult.
Check Cashing Policy
We are pleased to accept checks as a method of payment to those guests who present a valid, major credit card with photo identification. A maximum of 100 USD per day and 500 USD per week is available.
Connecting Room Policy
The hotel is pleased to offer connecting rooms for your convenience. Please make your request as early as possible, to ensure availability.
Credit Card Policy
The same credit card that was used to guarantee an advance-purchase reservation must be presented at check-in.
Early Departure Policy
The hotel will confirm your departure date upon check-in. In the case of an early departure the hotel will charge a 125 USD fee.
Early Arrival Policy
While we are unable to guarantee early check-in, we will do our best to accommodate requests based upon availability.
To redeem, please call the hotel directly and ask for the Reservations Manager. Redemption dates are subject to availability.
Late Checkout Policy
We are pleased to accommodate late check-outs upon request. In the case of a late checkout before 3pm, an additional 75 USD charge will apply. For checkouts before 6pm, half-day rates will apply. For any check-out after 6pm a full night rate will apply.
The SLS Hotel at Beverly Hills does not allow any private parties in guest rooms or public areas unless previously arranged through our Sales or Catering office.
SLS Hotel at Beverly Hills is delighted to welcome dogs to our hotel. We permit one dog up to 40 lbs. per room and provide a dog bowl and bed mat for their comfort. Dogs may not be left in the room by themselves under any circumstances. Guests are required to sign a liability waiver at check-in. A non-refundable 120 USD cleaning fee per stay will apply.
Credit/Debit Card Policy
Debit and Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.
Third-party credit card authorizations are accepted as a form of payment for only certain corporate accounts and SPG® Gold and Platinum Members. Reservations must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Third-party authorization forms will not be accepted for any same-day reservations or specific rate plans. A valid email address and company information is required to receive the eCCA secure online form. Please contact the hotel for further information.
Altitude Pool area is for registered hotel guests only due to limited pool chairs and cabana availability.
Purchase Order Acceptance Policy
Purchase orders are not accepted as a form of payment. A valid credit card is needed to check-in.
Our non-smoking policy is strictly enforced. A penalty of 500 USD applies for smoking in a guest room. By California Law, smoking is prohibited in all outdoor areas such as Valet Parking, Bazaar Terrace, Garden Room Terrace, and outside of the Guest Lobby. Please note: cigar smoking is not permitted on hotel premises.
