Age Requirement Policy
Guests must be 18 years or older with photo identification to reserve and be issued a room.
Check Acceptance Policy
Personal checks are not accepted.
Credit Card Policy
In addition to the credit card requirement for reservations, a valid credit card must be presented at check-in. For third party payments, credit card authorization forms are accepted and must be received by the hotel prior to guest's arrival. Please contact the hotel directly to make arrangements.
Early Arrival Policy
Early check-in is based on availability and cannot be guaranteed.
ID Requirement
For security purposes, valid photo identification is required at check-in. Acceptable forms include a drivers license, passport, and/or proof of age card.
Late Checkout Policy
Late checkout is based on availability. Additional charges may apply.
Noise Disturbance Policy
Quiet time is from 11pm to 6am daily. Any guest who violates the comfort and privacy of other guests will be asked once to adhere to the policy of the hotel. If the violation continues, the offending guest will be evicted and required to pay for their room and tax plus an additional 150.00 CAD to cover compensation for guests who have been disrupted.
Pet Policy
Pets are not allowed. A fee of 500.00 CAD will be applied to the guest's folio should there be a pet in the room.

Al momento del check-in verranno addebitati sulla vostra carta di credito o bancomat l'importo del vostro soggiorno e una caparra a copertura degli oneri accessori. Tale importo sarà trattenuto fino al momento del check out quando saranno addebitate le spese effettivamente sostenute durante il soggiorno. Se una carta bancomat è stata fornita a titolo di pagamento, verrà effettuato un rimborso in contanti per i fondi trattenuti in eccesso rispetto all’importo effettivamente sostenuto e addebitato.
Reservation Policy
A refundable deposit of 200.00 CAD plus the amount of your stay is required at check-in. The deposit will be refunded at check out if the room is left in satisfactory condition.
Smoking Policy
All guest rooms and public spaces are 100% non-smoking. A 200 CAD cleaning fee will be charged to any guest who violates the smoking policy.
