Guests must be 18 years or older with photo identification to reserve a room. The resort requests that minors are accompanied by an adult at all times.
Connecting Room Policy
Connecting rooms are available. Advance requests are preferred and are subject to room availability.
Extra Bedding Policy
Rollaway beds may incur extra charges; cribs are included in the cost of the room. Please note that requests are based upon availability.
Early Arrival Policy
For guests arriving early who require their rooms prior to our standard check-in time of 3pm, we recommend reserving the room for the previous evening as well.
Early Departure Policy
Guests will be asked to confirm their departure date upon check-in. Early departure fees may apply upon early departure. Please contact the resort for further information.
Late Checkout Policy
We are pleased to accommodate late checkouts upon request. In the case of a late checkout before 6pm, a fee of 50% of one night's room charge plus tax will apply. For checkouts 6pm or later, one full night's room charge plus tax will apply.
The resort features fully accessible public areas and three accessible guest rooms, each with wide bathroom entrances. A wheelchair can be arranged through the Concierge.
Babysitting/Child Care Policy
Professional babysitting and child care services are available for children 3 to 12 years. Please email housekeeping at least 24 hours in advance at HSKP.Sanya@fourpoints.com to make reservations.
Pets are not allowed.
All guests must present a valid passport at check-in. Foreign guests are required to present passports with a valid entry and exit visa upon check-in.
The resort has both smoking and non-smoking guest rooms.
Gift Certificate Policy
Please note that gift certificate usage is subject to room availability at the time of booking. To purchase or redeem a gift certificate, please contact the resort directly.
A valid credit card must be presented at check-in. The hotel accepts cash, credit cards, bank transfers, and Alipay as forms of payment at checkout. Please contact the hotel directly if you need a third-party credit card authorization form. A bank transfer should be submitted at least three working days before arrival.
