Connecting Room Policy
Due to the limited number of connecting rooms, connecting or adjoining room requests cannot be guaranteed. Please contact in-house reservations in advance at (877) 854-7625 to confirm availability or to request these rooms.
Family Plan Policy
Children 12 and under sleep free in existing room bedding. Complimentary rollaway beds and/or cribs can be accommodated in most of the guest rooms. Guests over the age of 12 years will be charged an additional person fee.
Early Departure Policy
An early departure fee of one night's room rate plus tax will be charged to guests departing the resort prior to their scheduled departure date. Please contact the resort directly for further information.
Valid photo identification is required at check-in.
Late Checkout Policy
We are pleased to accommodate late checkout upon request, and based on availability. Please check with the front desk in advance to determine if this is possible, and if a fee would apply.
The hotel offers a variety of ADA compliant rooms that include wheelchair availability, TDD, closed-captioned television, handrails in bathroom by tub and toilet, lower peep holes, lowered toilet seats, and roll-in showers. We also provide additional amenities and services such as special parking, easily accessed public areas, and restrooms.
Alcoholic beverage service is restricted to those 21 years or older (with valid identification).
The resort is dog-friendly. We permit a maximum of two dogs per room up to 80 pounds (36 kilograms) and can provide the a dog bowl, a bed, and a Welcome Kit upon arrival. A non-refundable $125 cleaning fee per room per stay applies. An additional $50 fee per pet per stay applies for the second dog. Guests traveling with dogs are required to sign a waiver at check-in, agreeing to uphold the guidelines of the resort’s pet policy. We kindly ask that guests observe the following regulations when traveling with their pets:
Pets must be kept on a leash or in a carrier at all times.
Except for service dogs, pets should be kept out of all dining venues, the spa, tennis courts, and golf course areas.
Owners must always be present with pets while any of the resort staff is in the room.
Owners must keep their pets with themselves or with a designated individual at all times, and not leave them unattended in a guest room.
Owners should prevent noise or any other disturbances by pets as a courtesy to other resort guests.
Owners will be liable for any additional cleaning fees or repairs, even if they are discovered after their departure.
If pets create disturbances that cause complaints by other guests or our staff, owners will be required to house their pets elsewhere outside the resort.
Guests with allergies can be assured that there are policies in place for their wellbeing.
We are pleased to offer our guests complimentary access to the indoor pool, 24-hour fitness center, and steam room and sauna in the locker rooms. Children under the age of 16 are restricted to the pool and hot tub area and must be supervised by an adult.
We regret that smoking is not allowed at the resort.
Check Cashing Policy
Check cashing services are available to guests who present valid identification. There is a limit of $100 per day.
EMV/Chip & PIN Credit Card Policy
Please be aware this hotel is EMV/Chip & PIN ready and your credit card’s PIN may be necessary for you to check-in to the hotel. If you are not aware of the PIN for your chip credit card, or you are unsure if your card requires a PIN, please contact the financial institution that issued your credit card for clarity and to secure your PIN.
Credit/Debit Card Policy
Debit and Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.
Gift Certificate Policy
Gift cards that have a monetary value must be presented upon check-in and can be used anywhere on the property. Reservations must be guaranteed by a credit card. Resort Charge Policy
The Resort Fee of 35 USD per night includes the following amenities and services: unlimited valet parking, bottled water in room, wireless internet service, use of the business center, local telephone calls, in-town shuttle for shopping and dining, morning coffee and newspaper in the common area, access to 850 acres of hiking trails at the Equinox Preservation Trust, use of the Golf Club putting green, resort bicycles, tennis courts, sleds seasonally, use of the spa fitness center, pool, steam rooms, and the sauna.
