Connecting Room Policy
We are pleased to offer connecting rooms based on availability at check-in. Select guest rooms with king-size beds can connect to guest rooms with two double beds.
Extra Bedding Policy
We offer rollaway beds upon request in select guest rooms and suites. The Heavenly® Crib is available upon request in all rooms and suites.
Family Plan Policy
Children under 12 years of age may stay free of charge when accompanied by adult guests. For special all-inclusive packages, children five years and younger are complimentary, while those ages six to 12 are charged 50% of the adult fare.

Suite Night Award Cancellation Policy
Suite Night Award requests may be cancelled until 2 p.m. local hotel time the day before you arrive, as long as the Awards have not already been confirmed for use on a reservation. Once your Awards have been confirmed, you must cancel the entire reservation to be credited back all the Awards; however, after 3 p.m. local hotel time the day before you arrive, a reservation cancellation will result in the forfeiture of all Suite Night Awards applied to the entire reservation. This is in addition to any other cancellation penalties applicable to the reservation itself.
Early Arrival Policy
Early arrival is available upon request and subject to availability upon check-in. Please note that arrivals before 12pm will incur a fee of 50% of the room rate.
Early Departure Policy
An early departure fee of one night's room rate plus taxes will apply to guests departing prior to their scheduled departure date. To avoid a penalty, please inform the hotel of the change at least 72 hours prior to the confirmed date of departure.
A valid photo ID is required at check-in. Acceptable forms include a drivers license or passport.
Late Checkout Policy
We are pleased to offer late checkouts, subject to availability. Checkouts between 2pm and 5pm incur a charge of 50% of the room rate. For checkouts after 5pm, one nights' room rate will apply.
Disability access is available throughout the resort. Please contact Service Express® to inquire about wheelchair availability and make a reservation. Wheelchair rental is 25 USD plus tax.
Alcoholic beverage service is restricted to those 18 years or older with valid identification.
Babysitting/Child Care Policy
We are happy to arrange babysitting services (for a fee) for children ages 3 to 12. Requests must be made 48 hours in advance. For more information, please contact Guest Relations at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Package Handling Policy
There is no charge to have packages delivered to the hotel. Guests must notify the front desk of any scheduled package delivery in advance.
The resort welcomes one dog per guest room weighing 40 pounds or less. A complimentary pet welcome kit will be provided. Guests must sign a liability waiver at check-in. A 200 USD cleaning fee, per stay, applies at the time of departure.
Dogs should be on a leash or a carrier at all times when out of the guest room and must always be with their owners. If left unattended in guest rooms, the dog must be in a carrier. Adequate medical certifications confirming pet´s current vaccinations must be presented upon request, and dogs must be free of ticks and fleas. Breeds not permitted: Rottweiler, Doberman Pinscher, Chow Chow, and Pit Bull.
Pool facilities are for guest use only. Children under 12 years old are welcome to swim in our kids pool, and may enjoy the other pools with adult supervision.
All international guests must have a valid passport. For Visa information, contact a travel agency or tour operator.
According to local law and our Breathe Westin® initiative, all public areas and guest rooms are non-smoking. Guests who smoke in their guest room will be charged a cleaning fee of 200 USD.
Travelers checks are accepted for payment. A 10% commission will apply to change for cash. Personal checks are not accepted.
Credit Card Policy
In addition to the credit card requirement for reservations, a valid credit card must be presented at check-in. If a guest wishes to pay cash at check-in or checkout, a credit card must still be provided.
Rates confirmed in USD are guaranteed in U.S. dollars when paid in U.S. cash or traveler's checks. Payments made by credit cards at the hotel will be charged in the local currency equivalent based on the daily exchange rate used by the hotel. Currency conversions by banks or credit card companies in processing payments are not within the control of the hotel and are subject to exchange rate fluctuations.
Gift Certificate Policy
Resort gift certificates may be purchased directly through the marketing department. Guests can redeem gift certificates at the front desk. Please contact the resort directly for more information.
Credit cards, cash, certified checks from local companies and bank wire transfers are accepted forms of payment.
