All resort guests must be 16 years old to register. We request that minors be accompanied by an adult.
Connecting Room Policy
The resort is pleased to offer 74 connecting rooms for your convenience. Please make your request as early as possible to ensure availability. All connecting rooms offer king-size or double queen beds.
Extra Bedding Policy
It is our pleasure to offer rollaway beds upon request, fees apply. Please note that cribs are included in the cost of the room but require at least one day's advance reservation.
Standard rooms and suites can accommodate up to 3 adults (with an extra bed). Royal Villas can accommodate up to four adults. Beach villas are limited to 2 adults.
Guests may place their names on a wait list for rooms and will be contacted promptly as accommodations become available. Please contact the resort directly to be placed on the waitlist.
Check-In & Checkout Policies
Early Arrival Policy
While we are unable to guarantee early check-in, we will do our best to accommodate requests based on availability. To guarantee a room for early arrival the next day, we request that you provide one night's room charge. Please make your request as early as possible to ensure availability.
Early Departure Policy
We are pleased to accommodate early departures upon request. Guests are able to change the departure date without penalty within 72 hours prior to arrival date; however, this policy is on a case by case basis.
For security purposes, valid photo identification is required at check-in. Acceptable forms include a driver's license, passport, and/or proof of age card. Photo identification must also match the name that is on the reservation.
Children under 16 years of age must present an Identification card or Hu Kou Ben document upon check-in.
The resort is pleased to offer a variety of wheelchair accessible rooms. We also provide additional amenities, such as a wheelchair, upon request.
We are pleased to serve alcoholic beverages to guests over 18 years old and request that guests present valid identification. Guests are not permitted to bring alcohol into the resort or to remove alcohol from the premises.
While we greatly appreciate our guests' four-legged companions, the resort does not accept pets at this time.
Health & Well-Being Policies
We are pleased to accommodate requests for smoking or non-smoking guest rooms. The resort has designated smoking rooms where we also provide ashtrays. Additional cleaning fees may occur if you are smoking in a non-smoking room. Please note that smoking is not permitted in any public area of the resort. There are however, designated smoking areas. Please note the smoking signage or consult the resort staff for directions to the smoking area.
Check Acceptance Policy
We regret that personal checks are not accepted as a method of payment.
Credit Card Policy
In addition to the credit card requirement for reservations, a valid credit card must be presented at check-in. If a guest wishes to pay cash at check-in or checkout, a credit card must still be provided.
The credit card holder must be present for the hotel to accept a credit card as a form of payment unless a credit card authorization form has been received. The hotel can accept only international credit cards for prepaid reservations.
