Age Requirement Policy
All guests must be 21-years-old. We request that minors be accompanied by an adult.
Check Cashing Policy
We are pleased to provide check cashing services for resort guests. Please note that guests must present proper ID and there is a $200 limit per day.
Connecting Room Policy
Connecting rooms are not available.
Early Departure Policy
We are pleased to accommodate early departures upon request. To avoid a one-night room and tax fee, please notify the resort of early departure plans upon arrival. Fees may vary according to rate plan.
Early Arrival Policy
While we are unable to guarantee early check-in, we will do our best to accommodate requests based on availability. Guests arriving prior to 4pm are offered complimentary luggage storage and the use of any on-site facilities, including the pool, spa, and more.
Extra Bedding Policy
It is our pleasure to offer extra rollaway beds and cribs upon request for no additional cost. One rollaway is permitted per Canyon Room, two per Canyon Suite, and three per Presidential Suite.
Gift Certificate Policy
We are pleased to accept gift certificates and will do our best to accommodate guests' requested dates for redemption. However, requested dates will be subject to availability unless otherwise stated on the gift certificate. Late Checkout Policy
We are pleased to accommodate late check-outs upon request. In the case of a late check-out before 1pm, an additional $50 fee will apply. For check-outs after 1pm, a $100 fee will apply. For check-outs after 3pm, a half-day rate will apply, and for check-outs after 4pm a full-day rate will apply.
Package Handling Policy
We are happy to accept packages for Canyon Suites guests. A handling fee will apply. Please contact the resort to determine exact fees.
Dogs that weigh less than 40 pounds are allowed. A deep-cleaning fee of 175 USD will be charged per pet per stay. Guests must sign a pet waiver upon arrival stating that they are liable for any damages caused by their pets. Dogs and their owners are accommodated on the first floor. Pets are not allowed in the pool areas, with the exception of service animals. Dog beds and bowls are provided.
Credit/Debit Card Policy
Debit and Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.
To secure a reservation, we require a valid credit card at time of booking. Guests paying in cash are required to pay a deposit upon check-in equal to room, tax, and $100 per day. Deposits may vary according to individual promotions or programs.
