Guest Room Renovations: Nov. 23, 2015 – Feb. 29, 2016
From November 23, 2015, to February 29, 2016, The Liberty Hotel will be undergoing guest room renovations. Our guest rooms are being completely redefined and revitalized to enhance your future experiences at The Liberty. In order to minimize any disruption to guests, the hotel will be completing this work in phases. We want to assure you that your upcoming stay at The Liberty will be a quiet, comfortable, and enjoyable one, and we look forward to showing you our renovated guest rooms soon. The hotel is compliant with ADA. ADA compliant guest rooms are available.
Alcoholic beverage service is restricted to those 21 years or older (with valid identification). Outside alcohol is not permitted in the hotel.
Age Requirement Policy
Guests must be 21 years or older with photo identification to reserve a room.
Babysitting/Child Care Policy
Babysitting is not provided by the hotel however licensed babysitting and child care can be arranged through the hotel's concierge.
Checks are only accepted as pre-payment and must be received at least two weeks before check-in. The hotel does not offer check cashing services.
Connecting Room Policy
Connecting rooms are available upon request and are subject to availability.
The dress code in the evening is business casual.
Early Departure Policy
There is an early departure fee of $150 if departing before the scheduled departure date.
Early Arrival Policy
Arrivals prior to 3pm are subject to availability.
Extra Bedding Policy
Rollaway beds are available upon request and are subject to availability.
Gift Certificate Policy
Gift certificate reservations must be made by the hotel. Please call (617) 224-4015 to book gift certificate reservations.
For security purposes, valid photo identification is required at check-in. Acceptable forms include a drivers license, passport, and/or proof of age card.
Late Checkout policy
Late checkout is available upon request and is subject to availability.
Package Handling Policy
There is a package handling fee for all incoming and outbound packages. Please contact the hotel concierge directly for the exact fee.
Up to two pets weighing 50 pounds or less are allowed in a guest room. Cats and dogs are permitted. Guests must sign a waiver at check-in. A $100 non-refundable cleaning fee will be charged. Pets do not have to be caged when alone in a guest room.
Credit/Debit Card Policy
Debit and Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.
Third Party Payment Arrangements
Guests and clients looking to obtain a credit card authorization form should contact the hotel directly to request a link be sent to complete the form via Res Connect.
The hotel is 100% non-smoking.
Tax Exempt Policy
With proper documentation, companies may be tax exempt. Please contact the hotel for more information.
All room vouchers must be approved by the General Manager. Vouchers and Gift Cards are accepted at any time and never expire.
Hotel does not offer a waitlist.
