Suite Night Award Cancellation Policy
Suite Night Award requests may be cancelled until 2 p.m. local hotel time the day before you arrive, as long as the Awards have not already been confirmed for use on a reservation. Once your Awards have been confirmed, you must cancel the entire reservation to be credited back all the Awards; however, after 3 p.m. local hotel time the day before you arrive, a reservation cancellation will result in the forfeiture of all Suite Night Awards applied to the entire reservation. This is in addition to any other cancellation penalties applicable to the reservation itself.
Hotel does not offer a waitlist.
Early Arrival Policy
Arrivals prior to 3pm are subject to availability.
Early Departure Policy
There is an early departure fee of $150 if departing before the scheduled departure date.
For security purposes, valid photo identification is required at check-in. Acceptable forms include a drivers license, passport, and/or proof of age card.
Late Checkout policy
Late checkout is available upon request and is subject to availability.
The hotel is compliant with ADA. ADA compliant guest rooms are available.
Alcoholic beverage service is restricted to those 21 years or older (with valid identification). Outside alcohol is not permitted in the hotel.
Babysitting/Child Care Policy
Babysitting is not provided by the hotel however licensed babysitting and child care can be arranged through the hotel's concierge.
The dress code in the evening is business casual.
Package Handling Policy
There is a package handling fee for all incoming and outbound packages. Please contact the hotel concierge directly for the exact fee.
Up to two pets weighing 50 pounds or less are allowed in a guest room. Cats and dogs are permitted. Guests must sign a waiver at check-in. A $100 non-refundable cleaning fee will be charged. Pets do not have to be caged when alone in a guest room.
Noise should be kept to a minimum at all times. We ask that non-registered guests curtail their visits by 11pm to ensure quiet for all our guests. All guests must maintain a noise level that does not disturb other guests. If a noise complaint is reported, security will issue a warning to the offending guest's room. If the noise or disturbance continues after the warning, guests may be asked to vacate the hotel at management's discretion.
Parties in guest rooms are not allowed. If you are interested in hosting a party or entertaining during your stay, please contact our Catering department.
The hotel is 100% non-smoking.
Checks are only accepted as pre-payment and must be received at least two weeks before check-in. The hotel does not offer check cashing services.
EMV/Chip & PIN Credit Card Policy
Please be aware this hotel is EMV/Chip & PIN ready and your credit card’s PIN may be necessary for you to check-in to the hotel. If you are not aware of the PIN for your chip credit card, or you are unsure if your card requires a PIN, please contact the financial institution that issued your credit card for clarity and to secure your PIN.
Credit/Debit Card Policy
Debit and Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.
Gift Certificate Policy
Gift certificate reservations must be made by the hotel only. Please call (1)(617) 224-4015 or (1)(617) 399-4224 weekdays between 9:30am and 5pm to book gift certificate reservations.
Guests and clients looking to obtain a credit card authorization form should contact the hotel directly to request a link be sent to complete the form via Res Connect.
Tax Exempt Policy

Voucher Acceptance Policy
All room vouchers must be approved by the General Manager. Vouchers and Gift Cards are accepted at any time and never expire.
