Extra Bedding Policy
Guests are allowed a maximum of one extra rollaway bed per room, for a fee.
Suite Night Award Cancellation Policy
Suite Night Award requests may be cancelled until 2 p.m. local hotel time the day before you arrive, as long as the Awards have not already been confirmed for use on a reservation. Once your Awards have been confirmed, you must cancel the entire reservation to be credited back all the Awards; however, after 3 p.m. local hotel time the day before you arrive, a reservation cancellation will result in the forfeiture of all Suite Night Awards applied to the entire reservation. This is in addition to any other cancellation penalties applicable to the reservation itself.
The hotel does maintain a waitlist. Please contact us directly to be placed on the waitlist. Guests should provide a phone number and will be called if a room becomes available.
Check-In & Checkout Policies
Early Arrival Policy
Early arrival is subject to availability upon check-in and should be requested in advance if possible. Guests requesting guaranteed early arrival must reserve a room for the previous night.
Early Departure Policy
An early departure fee of one night's room rate and fees may be applied if you check out prior to the scheduled departure date.
Late Checkout Policy
Guests may request late checkout up to 6pm for a 50% room charge. An additional one night's room rate will be charged for checkouts after 6pm, subject to availability.
Disability access is available throughout the hotel. Please contact Service Express to set up TDD equipment and wheelchair rental or availability.
Alcoholic beverage service is restricted to those 18 years or older (with valid identification).
Pets are not allowed in the hotel.
Upon check-in, our Guest Services Agent must register international guests' Visa and Passport details. As this may require a few moments of your time, we appreciate your patience and understanding.
Health & Well-Being Policies
Smoking is permitted in designated areas throughout the hotel. The 3rd floor is dedicated to smoking rooms. All other floors are non-smoking.
Check Cashing Policy
No personal checks are accepted. Travelers checks are accepted, with a valid identification. Other conditions may apply.
Credit Card Policy
Credit card authorization forms are not accepted.
Gift Certificate Policy
To purchase or redeem a gift certificate, please contact the hotel directly.
The hotel accepts cash, credit cards, checks from local companies, and bank transfers as forms of payment. Overseas credit cards must be presented upon check-in. Local credit cards can only be authorized on-site.
