Extra Bedding Policy
We offer the rollaway beds in select guest rooms and suites. The Heavenly Crib is available upon request in all rooms and suites.
Suite Night Award Cancellation Policy
Suite Night Award requests may be cancelled until 2 p.m. local hotel time the day before you arrive, as long as the Awards have not already been confirmed for use on a reservation. Once your Awards have been confirmed, you must cancel the entire reservation to be credited back all the Awards; however, after 3 p.m. local hotel time the day before you arrive, a reservation cancellation will result in the forfeiture of all Suite Night Awards applied to the entire reservation. This is in addition to any other cancellation penalties applicable to the reservation itself.
The resort does maintain a waitlist. Please contact the resort directly to be placed on the waitlist. Guests should provide a phone number and will be called if a room becomes available.
Check-In & Checkout Policies
Early Arrival Policy
Early arrival is available upon request and subject to availability upon check-in. Guests wishing to guarantee early arrival must reserve a room for the previous night.
Early Departure Policy
An early departure fee of one night's room rate plus taxes will apply to guests departing prior to their scheduled departure date.
Late Checkout Policy
Late checkout is available and subject to availability. For checkouts before 6pm, 50% of one night's room rate will apply. Checkouts after 6pm will incur one night's room rate.
Disability access is available throughout the resort. Please contact Service Express for availability or to set up TDD equipment and wheelchair rental.
Alcoholic beverage service is restricted to those 18 years or older (with valid identification).
Pets are not allowed.
Upon check-in, our Guest Services Agent must register international guests' visa and passport details. Since this may require a few moments of your time, we appreciate your patience and understanding.
Health & Well-Being Policies
Both smoking and non-smoking guest rooms are available. Smoking is only permitted in designated areas throughout the resort.
Personal checks are not accepted. Travelers checks are accepted, with valid identification.
Gift Certificate Policy
To purchase or redeem a gift certificate, please contact the resort directly.
Credit cards must be presented upon check-in. Please note that local credit cards can only be authorized on-site.
