Accessibility Policy

We regret that the resort does not offer disability access compliant rooms, as steps and slopes are located throughout the resort, including in individual villa areas.

Alcohol Policy

Thai law prohibits serving alcohol to minors under 18 years old. Guests must show valid identification when ordering alcoholic beverages.

Age Requirement Policy

Guests must be 18 years or older with photo identification to reserve and to check-in to a room.

Babysitting/Child Care Policy

We are pleased to offer babysitting services for a one-child fee of 500 THB per hour or two-child fee of 700 THB per hour. After 10pm, an additional 700 THB fee will apply.

Please make reservations a minimum of six hours in advance.

Check Acceptance Policy

We regret that personal checks are not accepted as a method of payment.

Connecting Room Policy

All villas are freestanding, therefore interconnecting rooms or villas are not available.

Early Departure Policy

Guests may change their departure date, without penalty, up to 72 hours prior to arrival date. Please note that this policy is on a case-by-case basis and may vary according to the terms and conditions of the reservation or season.

Early Arrival Policy

To guarantee early arrival before 3pm, we request that guests reserve villas for the night prior. Please make your request as early as possible to ensure availability.

Extra Bedding Policy

It is our pleasure to offer extra beds upon request. A maximum of one additional bed per villa is permitted.

Family Plan Policy

Children 12 years and younger sleep free in existing room bedding, with a maximum of two children per villa. Daily breakfast charge for children ages 4 through 12 is 490 THB plus service charge and taxes. Please contact the resort at for further information.

Gift Certificate Policy

To purchase or redeem a gift certificate, please contact the resort directly.

ID Requirement

All guests must present a valid passport or national ID at check-in. Certain promotion-specific rates may require additional identification for verification.

Late Checkout Policy

We are pleased to accommodate late checkout upon request, subject to availability. In the case of a late checkout between 1pm and 6pm, an additional 50% room rate will apply. For checkout after 6pm, an additional full-night room rate will apply.

Noise/Disturbance Policy

The resort’s staff will take appropriate action to ensure that individuals or groups who appear to be creating a disturbance do not interrupt the enjoyment of other guests. All events are requested to end by 11pm.

Package Handling Policy

We will be pleased to receive and retain guests' packages until their arrival.

Pet Policy

While we greatly appreciate our guests' four-legged companions, the resort does not accept pets at this time.

Payment Policy

We are pleased to accept international credit cards for pre-payment and reservation guarantees. Please note that the credit card used to reserve a pre-paid rate must be presented upon check-in and remain valid for guest’s entire stay. If booking on behalf of someone else, individuals must contact the resort directly to arrange third-party billing.

SPG Participation Disclaimer

All rooms at The Naka Island, Phuket are villas; therefore, Starpoint Award reservations must be booked at a higher Starpoint rate through your local customer contact center.

Smoking Policy

Smoking is not permitted inside guest villas. A 3,000 THB cleaning fee will be charged for smoking inside villas. There are designated outdoor smoking areas throughout the resort's public areas.

Visa/Passport Policy

A 30-day visa is required for most nationalities and available upon arrival at airport immigration. Longer stays require a visa from the Royal Thai consulate in the guest's home country. Check with a travel agent or visit for more information.
